J&H Dining Hall — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I wish I could give this 0 stars because this place is just unacceptable. I went into this place with an open mind because i thought it would be a step up from high school food. But the food served in my high school looks like it was cooked by Gordon Ramsey compared to the horrendous garbage served in j and h dining. I tried their burger and it almost made me sick. The only somewhat decent thing is the pizza but I refuse to only eat that. So because te most convenient access to food is at j and h, I haven't been eating a lot and I went to the hospital because I puked up blood from not eating! I was severely sick and it was because I didn't want to eat anything at this garbage dining hall! I still don't eat much at school and I managed to lose 8 pounds in the 3 months since I started school which is very damaging and because of what this is doing to me I'm totally transferring or commuting next year because I have never been so miserable and sick in my whole life. And I'm not a terribly picky eater but the stuff served at this dining hall is just inedible to me and I don't know how this food is FDA certified! DO NOT EAT...

The atmosphere of the space is unlike any fine dining experience I have ever had. Zahav? No thanks. Laurel? Nope. Dante and Luigis? Forget about it. If you want a one of a kind eating experience, go to J&H. The pizza is always perfectly executed in what I'm assuming to be a vintage Italian brick oven delivered straight from Rome. Wing Wednesday is one of the weekly highlights with all you can eat, fall off the bone wings that are bursting with flavor, juice, and spice. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner all of which you can get fine cereal at, even if it's 3pm lol. While the food is easily accessible the quality never drops. The staff and kitchen must work tirelessly to keep up with their great work. It's also a great place for a first date, you can cozy up in the back and no one will know you're there! 10/10 would recommend,...

I went to Temple so i come here for Nostalgias sake. The food is cafeteria tasting and plentiful. The servers are friendly but generally unwilling to do much or cook a fresh batch of anything. Worse what is advertised as the menu of the day on there website often doesn't match up with what they heve in person. I like the tunafish sandwiches here, but the server ran out and told me he had been there since morning and it would be hard to make more and id have to cone back tommorrow for it and his shift was iver, and this was at 3pm and the space closes at 10pm... crazy!
