first and foremost I apologize for the horrible pictures totally amateur but also somewhat comical, because they are not before and after pictures... they're just two pictures of the after being ransacked by my kids. The first one is a closed pizza box surely the second is an open pizza box. Guess, if the pizza was good or not...If you've somehow came across my reviews before on eateries, restaurants, hole in the walls.... whatever it may be, if they don't deserve a five-star review consuming my time thoughts and patience and to putting my thoughts into words, I will no way ever give them anything even close to resembling a five-star review. However this pizzeria has struck a hole in my heart... just as it does bring back memories of growing up in Brooklyn, New York. You could've gotten a slice and a soda and walk around and eat, it was great... however times change so do pizzerias... modernized, computerized, online ordering, so on and so forth... however one thing that did not change as their style of making a delicious Pizza I know it says Philly style Pizza and Grill... however it's truly like New York own, best I can say if you like New York thin crust squares (I did not say Chicago) you'll love this place. try it out yourself. One more thing if you decide to walk into that place and pick up or dining there, & should you encounter a salt and pepper gray-haired Asian man... Please be kind to him, he's very nice he takes the time to get your order correct every time and he takes pride in that pizzeria & his fellow members working there. So kudos to him, and may your business prosper over covid and what else the universe has to offer. I pray that you (the pizzeria) exist until the...

Literally what happened to this place lol. Have had such disappointing experiences with them over the past 6 months. Ordered a small pizza and fries today (Wednesday) at 6:50pm. I called at 7:45 to check on the delivery and the guy who answered said it was going out in 5 minutes and should be here in 10. Food didn’t come until 8:20. The pizza was lukewarm bordering on cold, obviously because they made the pizza a while before it went out. And the fries were absolutely disgusting, totally pale and soggy, probably because they did a BS quick fry on them and left them in the container until it was time to go out. This is the second time I’ve ordered Philly Style in the past 6 months during a weekday and had to wait over an hour for a small pizza. Tried this place again for something new, but won’t be coming back or suggesting others to. There are way better pizzerias that just opened in North Philly, Olde Kensington,...

Never ever ever had a bad experience here. I have sampled a lot of pizza in the Philadelphia area and this is my favorite. I always get the pepperoni slice because of the delicious large pepperoni and the sweet tomato sauce they put on it. The staff are all great guys, I live across the street so I go here usually three times a week and they have come to know me. As soon as I walk in the door they throw a pepperoni slice in the oven for me. Many times they have been good to me and gave me free plain slices when they didn't have a pepperoni slice ready, they have also given me free soda's on several occasions. They value their customers and they are passionate about their pizza. I recommend everyone I know to go there because I know they will have a...

I ordered last night and my milkshake was spilled all over the inside of the bag. I called back and they said they would remake it for me and send it to me. I never received the remade milkshake and called back but no one answered. The next day I called and asked for a refund. They said they don’t do refunds and would have the manager call me back. No one called. I called them again and they said they would remake it for me. An hour later it’s not here so I call again. The manager said no one said they were going to send me one and I must have called another store and that I was lying even though it’s the same number in my call log. The manager refused to help me and told me to speak to the other manager tomorrow.
