Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Came back to see if the place improved... doesn't seem so... Ordered and the coffee was good. My biscuit was overcooked. My husband said his was under, but he liked it like that. The hash browns were super super good. 5* on them alone. The place was cleaned. Service at the ordering counter was nice. They were having a loud and very noisy interview session in the middle of the restaurant. Was like 7 or so people sitting all together..They were laughing and loud.. kept staring at everyone. Was very uncomfortable.

We went on Saturday around 9:30AM and got brunch.

I didn't take pictures.. I usually do, but I felt so uncomfortable.. kinda just wanted to leave.

I do not recommend coming here... Hopefully when I go back in 6 or 7 months.. things will change. I want to be able to put a 4 or 5* up! Come on Jacks! Gonna come back maybe and try the wings. The 35 box deal. But other then that.. I am uninterested. Last review was this below. Was a 3* _ Food is okay. Not 100% the greatest but is good. Biscuits are really dry and flavorless. Other then that. The food is good. Breakfast is meh.. but yeah the service is very nice. Not my favorite place to eat, but it's good. Will come if I have to. Improve the food and make me wanna come more. I appreciate the cleaned and safe and not hot atmosphere. Got a 5 and a 5 for service and atmosphere. Visited this restaurant today and ordered breakfast on the app waited the 10 minutes to come through the drive-thru and then was told to go to slot number one and someone was sitting there so we went to number two. The sun was up and it was quite hot on the driver's side coming through the window even with the air conditioner on. We waited 15 more minutes for our order to come out and it never did. My son decided to get out and walk up to the window to check on the order as there was nobody in the drive-thru and we had not seen another customer come through for about 5 minutes. I saw him getting the food and coming back to the car and he told me that they were so glad that he had come to the window. Apparently they had totally forgotten that our order was packed up sitting on the counter and we were sitting out in the parking lot. We decided to find a shaded spot to sit and eat as that is what we had planned on doing. We got to our spot and we had no utensils, and no butter or syrup for the pancakes, that I had specially ordered. I was quite disappointed. The only thing I could eat was a few of the tots and I dipped the biscuit in the gravy. I decided to save everything else till I got home which was about 3 hours later to eat. My son thoroughly enjoyed what he bought which he could eat immediately. I could only give three stars due to that fact that we were totally forgotten about but the bag was sitting there so apparently none of the four or five people there was...

Customer service was wonderful at Jack's!!!!! just like it is at any jacks you will ever go to.. I am from Alabama originally and I ate at Jack's my entire life I love Jack's hamburgers sausage and gravy biscuit they have the best fast food out and their french fries are awesome.and the supervisors and the managers over at any Jack's anywhere are very adamant about their customer service and the way they treat their customers you will absolutely not ever find a restaurant these days that treats you as good as the workers managers employees etc that are at Jack's restaurant it's just a fact. I love their attitudes in the way they treat their customers I've always my entire life had a good experience at Jack's. and now I'm living in Mississippi and they finally opened up some jacks down here thank God in heaven because you can't go to McDonald's and get good customer service like that you cannot get it at Hardee's and you sure cannot get it at Wendy's all three of them restaurants the customer service is horrible but Jacks has the best customer service out of any other fast food restaurant.
