KFC — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I make a mobile order for drive thru pick up about once a week. I have never had an issue. There is usually nobody in line. I went to do the same today. There was nobody inside the store or in the drive thru line. They refused to give me my order in the drive thru and insisted I come inside. They refused to give me a reason why. I told them I never have this issue and cannot come inside for medical reasons. They got extremely rude and refused to give me my order or a refund as posted on their store. I had to call the corporate number to receive a refund. As an ex-fast food employee of seven years, I have never experienced anything so unprofessional. Good morning we have bought some chicken from there and ask for wings and the wings didn't have no wings on it and it was small like tater tots so they are cooking these little teeny pieces of chicken and serving them to the public and that don't look good on your behalf so I think that if they find some little teeny pieces that are in the bag they should not cook it and serve it to the people because they are representing you so if they can't do that then it's a problem and then it's good that we looked in our bag because when we got home we would have been very disappointed the chicken supposed to be wings were so small and they didn't have no wing on it sorry to say this but it need to be said you need your representative to be to look out for you and do...

I ordered a family meal. 8 piece chicken and 3 sides. Also a bowl forget what it's called. The only problem I have is the my order was off. I ordered drums and thighs for the family meal. Received wings, and a drum. I did get thighs. I'm not the type who counts each peice of chicken. But I asked for drums and thighs. My sides were two mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw.
