McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I’m not sure who manages this place, but they need to step up their game and learn how to manage. I paid over $40 for food for my wife, my son, and myself and I waited for almost a full 40 minutes just to receive cold food that wasn’t even what I ordered. I was charged for a more expensive meal and given something that cost $2-$3 less than what I wanted, but given that I waited as long as I had I just counted it as a loss in fear that the incompetency and lack of skill would reflect yet again on my wait time and food quality. To add to the above, I overheard another customer ask where his food was because “I’ve been standing here for almost 45 minutes” (his words) and the employee he spoke with proceeded to grab his food from the “to go” shelf where it had been sitting for AT LEAST 20 of those 45 minutes without them making an effort to make contact with him and give him his order, even though he was standing five feet from the counter. I jus ordered a loaded Spud and it was so cold the butter could not melt as I put it on the Spud. I first Ordered a Spud with only butter I was transferred to a live person who said so that a loaded Spud and read out what go's on a loaded Spud I said to myself What the he'll I take the loaded Spud with no sour cream I didn't get loaded Spud but my original order I young lady tried to explain that they could not control Automative system but in future I should talk to someone directly at store. I had to nuke my Spud in mymicrowave I will NOT be going to back The young lady did apologize but that does not make up for product. She could offered to give them a chance to make things right. Literally the worst service of any restaurant in Philadelphia....except McDonald's. Maybe there is a curse with restaurants that begin with Mc? I worked at Mcalisters in meridian throughout my high school years. If a nacho basket ordered as an appetizer wasn't served within 30 seconds, it was free to the customer. I've never ordered a nacho basket appetizer here and received it before the meal that was ordered. And don't even get me started on Sunday lunch. After watching my food sit in the window for 10 minutes with multiple people ignoring it, I walked behind the counter myself and expedited my own food.
