This is the most disgusting mcdonalds i have ever been in, in my 36 years on this planet. Its NEVER clean and the nasty smell of old disgusting grease smacks u in the face when u enter. I walked in to order and never did. I turned around and left. I needed to use the restroom 3 other times because of long distance driving and sure enough the same disgusting mess each time. I should have just peed outside and not risked getting an STD from touching the door handles. The floor was covered with some mysterious fluid, the bathroom was the same bathroom from the movie Saw 1. If you never saw this movie then just know its not good. If there is a manager he/she has NO clue what cleanliness and disinfecting means and sure enough the lazy employees do not take the initiative to clean the place up. Its Mcdonalds, not a hard job what so ever so LAZINESS is the only reason its such a dump. The mop bucket was directly to my right when i walked in and the mysterious fluid was darker then the synthetic meat they serve there. If you risk it good luck, your toliet may never be the same after you eat there. And for all parents do your child a great service and do not feed him/her this waste they call food. The service; they could care less. Very typical for the philadelphia area, they just dont care and if they are having a bad day then its the customer who suffers. Yes, i was able to get all of this from 4 very...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal McDonald’s customer for years and spend a significant amount of money with your company. I regularly purchase meals for my job staff of 10 people, my day camp of 60 students, and of course for myself and my family. Broad and Allegheny has always been my go-to location because they usually have the best fries every time. However, after my recent experience, I will no longer be visiting this store. I placed my order using the kiosk, and when my number was called, the gentleman with braids and curly hair was extremely rude. He didn’t make eye contact, didn’t acknowledge me when I spoke, and handed me my food without a single word. When he went back to get my drink, he still ignored everything I said to him. It appeared he may have been new, as another worker seemed to be training him, but that is no excuse for poor customer service. I didn’t want to make a scene, but the entire interaction left me feeling completely unappreciated as a customer. If this is the type of customer service McDonald’s is hiring for now, then good luck—because you will lose many loyal customers like myself. Unfortunately, you’ve lost me. Wendy’s,...
Read moreUpon entering the establishment I was not greeted or acknowledged despite several people being behind the counter area. I stood at the front counter for a couple of minutes before another customer came in and was behind me Iine. Seeing that no one was taking our orders she spoke up to one of the girls behind the counter who indicated that whoever it was that was supposed to be ringing up customers was having her till counted and she would be out soon. We proceeded to wait. By the time someone had come out to take our orders 20 minutes had passed and there was a line of 5 customers behind me and that was after 2 others had walked out. It was further frustrating because the entire time standing there the staff were ringing customers out at the drive through window. Additionally the men's bathroom was not cleaned the toilet area was a mess with very little toilet paper and trash strewn about the floor the child changing table was down there was a used glove on...
