THE WORST

i googled the breakfast times, everything says they start serving lunch at 10:30. i went to this mcdonalds and placed a lunch order or their kiosk, which ONLY had lunch options.

ten minutes later, an employee tells me they dont serve lunch until 11 and before i can ask what to do because i already paid, she walks away.

i stood there for a bit wondering what to do, and after asking another employee she told me they were gonna "drop my food" which i thought meant into the frier or something, she had a very short attitude so i didn't ask further.

reminder: i ordered at 10:30. it's 11 and i'm still standing around and not only are there not tons of people in the store waiting for their orders, but every employee is in the kitchen wandering around and talking. i was watching one girl just pick out brown fries from the frier as we were all waiting for our food.

finally an employee comes back up to me and asks what i ordered, so i told her. someone finally brings my bag of food (one sandwich and med. fries) and as im thanking them i ask for mayo and the employee just walks away. i was like huh? so when she comes back i ask again and she silently just puts mayo packets into my hand without a word all pissy.

i finally, finally leave- and as i'm walking i get the feeling to check my food- i ordered a regular sandwich and i have a bag for a spicy one. ugh.

i go back to the mcdonalds (11:15- it has now been 45 minutes) and go to the counter to ask an employee for a new sandwich. i walk up and immediately a girl in the back looks at me then back up to a coworker and goes "white girl is back" all pissy.

a different employee saw me standing there and asked what i wanted, i showed her the bag that said "spicy chicken" and she kinda rolls her eyes before telling me it's the regular one just in a different bag. i say "you could have said something but thanks" and leave.

somehow, to these 4 employees, i'm probably a karen. but honestly, as a fast food place on a college campus where kids need to get to class, taking 45 minutes and giving me tons of disrespect for a sandwich and fires is utterly humiliating for this location. never going...

The absolute worst McDonald's I ever been to and in Philly that's bad! I don't know where to start,from the disgusting dinning room and bathrooms , to the ignorant employees AND customers. I am a supervisor in fast food and this store needs help! The manager wasn't dressed professionally she had tights a T-shirt and "aint nuffin" beanie on her head I had no clue she was the manager and the way she communicates with her staff is ghetto ,unprofessional, unpleasant and rude. I can't expect more from the crew members when the manager isn't leading by example or leading at all.The whole atmosphere needs a culture change and it starts with who is in charge. Being on the phone while you're on the floor dressed completely out of uniform no customer service or recognition for that matter.There is no sense of urgency or focus on customers at all I waited for 30 mins for a Plain double cheeseburger a sweet tea a medium fry and a strawberry cream pie. They had loud music on a speaker playing in the kitchen no hairnets a young girl kept walking on and off the floor with her hair swinging all over the restaurant very long braids literally to her ankles which makes no sense at all. Everyone was all over that kitchen no one was in position to run a successful shift. Nasty attitudes, playing around cursing loud music I mean I understand we are in north Philly but sheesh . With all them people on the clock and no focus on the customers you would think that at least the store and bathrooms would be clean. It was so disgusting in there The best part of my experience was he young girl Imani she was working really hard and was very polite despite her surroundings and all the other things that were goin on.... I wish I could help they...

Top User Review: Would not go back. Food/Drinks: Can be very disgusting and even accidents can ruin the food such as vomiting. You may even say yuck. Can be overheated or be too cold. Drinks can be too cold or overheated too. Food can be accidentally cut or have the ingredients in wrong order. Service: The employees at night can be aggressive. Slow speed or service time. Management very low. Can be disgustingly bad behavior. Manager can be busy or lazy. Atmosphere: Very low air, no good air conditioner service, sometimes you cannot get oxygen and you will experience problems for the rest of your life or even temporarily if brief. Location: Undesirable and I don't want to go again. Do not ever go to the place ever since it is definitely a 6$22 place. Also don't go because of the 7&3& employees. I must clearly declare this. Train your 8&3& employees. Literally. Never go again. If you do, you would breach this review. IF I TO SAY ONE MORE TIME, DON'T GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S. GO TO 4272 COUNTY LINE ROAD MCDONALD'S INSTEAD UNLESS IF YOU ENJOY HAVING YOUR REQUEST DECLINED...
