McDonald's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I order a cheeseburger and a large fries at the kiosk at 7:40pm today Thursday February 13. The lady with the short pony tail about 5’4-1/2 maybe 170pounds prepared my order. She took my ticket when it came out the machine and put it to the side. I watched her make other orders before mine. When I walked in the restaurant there was no one in the line. I ordered at the kiosk because there was no one at the register. All the other workers were doing drive thru orders. When she finally started working on my ticket it was about 7:50, I had been watching my burger sit there for about 10 minutes now which was very frustrating. She picked up my ticket places it on a bag, put my burger in and proceeded to get the sauces I ordered. I ordered 2 sweet and sour sauces, 2 mayonnaise packets and 3 ketchups. This lady threw in a bbq sauce-like ew excuse me nobody asked for that. Then she proceeded to sweep the floor in front of the fry machine with my bag of food in her hands. Mam, that’s disgusting. Then she put my Large fries in the bag with the same hand she was touching the broom with. Mam EWWW W T heck. I’m still calm yes. I’m still watching her make my food and waiting patiently okay. She comes over with my order puts the ketchup and mayonnaise packets in at this point and then says is this you? As if she hadn’t looked at me holding up my ticket before she grabbed my ticket and started preparing my order. That was very obnoxious plus I still had my ticket up in my hand and had just yelled out 757–my ticket number-when I saw she was sweeping with my bag of food in her hands. I then said I have a Large sprite. She then not so gently placed the bag of food down on the counter in front of me and went to go get my drink. She took forever, again and came back to with my drink and I proceeded to ask her to give me an extra bag. She did and I went home and when I got home and took a sip of my sprite it was efffing SELTZER WATER. You have pissed me off. I eat once a day and everyday of this week that meal has been this McDonald’s on Lehigh and they have always given me top tier food but this lady needs to be fired like actually. She’s mad rude for no reason. I barely had to interact with her. She did not have to treat me like that. I worked at McDonald’s before and the job is not that hard and you’re not that stressed from your job so stop acting like it and stop taking out your petty life’s frustrations at random customers. That’s not a pretty quality to have Mam. I hate when people are rude for no reason like sorry life is dishing you crap but it’s other people in the world and we do not want your crappy plate in our faces so keep that to yourself. Like who’s gonna drink a large Seltzer Water from McDonalds. Ion even think the homeless would want that miss. Imma show this review to the workers tomorrow and see if I can get my sprite cuz this is ridiculous and I don’t wanna see...

I had a horrendous experience with customer service tonight. I was surprised to find that the manager on duty was extremely disrespectful and lacked proper customer service skills. She was a Black woman who did not address my concerns appropriately. Additionally, there was a skinny Hispanic employee managing orders via the microphone, who reacted to the situation in a very unprofessional manner. He dismissed my concerns by blaming the car behind me and laughed while I was trying to explain the issue.

I had placed my order through the app, and when I arrived at the drive-thru to give them my code, he laughed and rudely interrupted me by saying they were not accepting any orders at that time. I explained that I had already placed an order through the app. Instead of assisting me, he laughed inappropriately while I was discussing a similar incident that had occurred in the past.

When I asked to speak to a manager, he simply told me to call customer service, which I refused, as I wanted to explain the situation in person. In the past, when I had an issue, the manager was helpful, allowing me to explain and accommodate my request without any stress. I approached the window again, and the employee laughed once more. I told him that his behavior was extremely disrespectful and that he should have muted the microphone so others wouldn’t feel uncomfortable while I was trying to explain my concerns.

He then closed the window, and an older lady moved to assist me. She explained how to receive my refund, but her information conflicted with what the app indicated. She apologized, and that’s when the manager arrived, asking, “What’s the problem?” Her attitude was clear from the start as I explained that I had ordered before they stopped accepting orders and requested either a refund or my food. Instead of helping, she told me that I couldn’t get a refund and needed to call customer service. I informed her that the app stated I had to be present in the store for a refund.

Instead of offering a potential solution, like suggesting I return tomorrow for further assistance, she continued to display a negative attitude and was unprofessional. She even slammed the window in my face and beeped the horn when I asked for her name, which the Hispanic employee did not do anything about. This entire experience was extremely disappointing and disrespectful. I wish I had recorded our conversation, as it would have shown just how unprofessional the interaction was. Now, I must return to the restaurant to explain my situation in person to...

I don't recall the name of the girl that took care of me but she was fantastic very accommodating however I asked this girl at the checkout window to the restroom she told me to ask the security guard security guards and told me I had to ask someone that work there so I waited for the excellent girl who let me in the restroom there was a worker coming into the restroom as I left she complained that there better be toilet paper I said there's none in the large store and she came out and said the bathroom shut down for the night the toilet was overflowing the sink was stopped up none of that was true at all and the security guard says that's why I don't want any of these scumbags in there they're all dirty mother effers things I had just walked out of the bathroom I was standing there I said that I'm not dirty I'm not a scumball so I took offense at first and then I walked around like I shouldn't take advantage because I know they're not talking about me because I know that's not me however none of that should have happened I understand it's not on the greatest neighborhood and there is a lot of less desirable people that go there but that exchange it was very unprofessional but I'm sure the manager probably...
