We just got home from our first visit to Medusa. What a wonderful evening. The pizza is delicious, made with the highest quality, freshest ingredients, and the entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. My only regret is not having saved room for dessert. Can't wait to go back and try more of the pizzas, and then start working my way through the pizza frittas.

One word - burrata. My friend and I stumbled upon this restaurant and we're so glad we did! We ordered the burrata appetizer which was house made and included heirloom tomato and balsamic reduction and a pizza. I am still dreaming of that burrata appetizer today! The service was very good as well. I'd love to go back just for the appetizer.

Went on Friday evening not crowded. We were seated and other guests arrive finally our order is taken. Other guests order we get our drinks all tables around us receive food. We wait look around see everyone is served. We do not mind not in a rush. Mind you all we ordered was a pizza cheese steak and cheese fries. Server brings out our pizza to the table behind us they said they did not order pizza. He walks away then comes back with it. We are a family of 4 I could of ate the pizza by my self that is how small it was. Pros food was delicious. Cons servings too small, wait for food considering it was not crowded was too long restroom had no soap and one stall had no toilet paper. It was worth the try but will not go back a second time. For the price I could of ordered 2 xl pizzas and fries and a soda for half the cost from a...

Wood-fired pizzas are becoming pretty standard fare in Philly, and Medusa's is one of the better examples. We had a margarita and a mushroom pie, both excellent, the crust just thick enough to hold the toppings well. We also had the arroncini, delicious and fried to perfection without being greasy, and the burrata salad, dressed well, filled with olives, mushrooms, greens and a large dollop of creamy cheese. The star is the fried pizza, a calzone-like item that remains amazingly light and airy while still deliciously deep fried. Ours was filled with roasted mushrooms, they come with all manner of fillings. Prices are a little on the high side but comparable to similar pizza places like Vetri. Amazing roof top seating make this place perfect for cooler...

For the price id like to not wait in line to order. Too expensive. Took forever to get our order. For a place so kid friendly there is no kids menu so if your kid wants a cheese pizza its $14!!!!! And they only have pepsi products. Prices not shown for adding veggies. The food was not worth the price and it was simply ok. We got the pizza fritta (i do not recommend its huge and who on earth knows how to eat it), 4 cheese pizza good, margarita good. We saw a tartufo walk by us... we'll be back for that and the salads...
