We first arrived at the start of happy hour. It’s pretty packed but the bartender could tell we were a little confused so he told us go to the back to get a table but that ended our good experience. We go to the back only to face this rude hostess. Now I get it, I work in the industry it’s busy everybody wants a table but come on she took it to a new level. She told us the wait for 4 would be 40 mins and we were waiting on a friend she said that would definitely be over an hour if we added 5. Cool we go across the street to kill time. She calls 40 mins later to tell us a table is ready. It’s four of us so one goes over while the others check out and she calls us and says the hostess wont hold our table nor let us seat unless the whole party is here. Then another friend walks over and she says the same thing. We’re finally seated and I just told my other friend not to come because she’s says it won’t be a seat for the 5th person. Through the whole transaction she was very rude. Once seated it’s a couple girls seated in the booth in front of us, turns out to just have taken the empty table and she just allows them. They get food and drinks and another person shows up and they move to a larger both. Wait lady you just said all the party had to be here to get a table. I’m just confused and irritated at this point.
But our waitress is definitely saving grace because she was nice, got out everything fast and really took the time to explain the menus and answered any questions we had. The drinks were great. The food came out hot fresh and very delicious. I would come come again and maybe sit at the bar or hope they give their hostess some...

I have been coming here for dinner for roughly 5+ years now. I drive here from Bensalem because I just love this place that much.
First of all, the food is always outstanding. Their tacos are that perfect size where you can mix and match your flavors. Their Spicy Chicken Sandwich is 10/10 I highly recommend it. Sometimes I’m bad and go there for tacos but get the sandwich to go so I can enjoy it for lunch the next day. Their waffle fries are always piping hot, crispy and well salted. Love the little basket of condiments they always provide too. Their wings are to die for, sooo crispy (please bring back the sweet chili!!)
The staff there hands down makes the place. Everyone there is genuinely so kind and very attentive to their tables. The bartenders make phenomenal drinks, mine taste exactly the same each time I order. Consistency is key and they have nailed it. The Chevell is my recommendation, if you can handle the heat!
& To the chefs who work tirelessly each night , a special thank you to you guys. My food is always delicious and makes me smile. I hope that makes you smile today.
The atmosphere is also nice, I appreciate the low lighting, graffiti and fun art you can find all throughout the restaurant.
The best night is Dolly Tocky night, but only the real ones know what that stands for .. you’ll have to go find out for yourself!
Thank you...
Read moreI want to provide a delivery driver’s perspective.
Each restaurant employs different pick-up policies and practices that drivers learn as they go (which yes it can be hard to remember the policies of every specific restaurant when you pick up from hundreds while on the job).
Loco Pez has a policy that delivery drivers are to only enter the restaurant after the order has been marked as ready and the driver has been notified through the app/text message. While this policy is to reduce the amount of drivers crowding the restaurant when their orders are not ready, it also means that drivers will not enter the store until they receive that notification…but what if they never get notified?
Example: Emily orders a burrito and the driver goes to pick it up. The driver waits for a notification that will allow them to enter the restaurant. The restaurant marks the order ready on their computer but the message gets lost in the galaxy and never makes it to the driver’s phone. 30 minutes pass, Emily’s burrito is cold and soggy, and the delivery driver’s time was disrespected.
This policy, while it sounds reasonable, can cause a ripple effect of negative consequences if the “ready notification” somehow fails to reach the delivery driver. It could be the restaurant’s computer, the internet, or the driver’s phone that causes the glitch, but without this senseless policy, the risk of occurrence would...
