There are so many things that I could complain about regarding this location, so many things, I don't even know where to begin after having received so many orders that have been disastrous. But for the sake of time only, I will talk about the most recent experience. Last night around 7 pm I placed an online order for a Large pepperoni and extra cheese pizza. A large, pepperoni, and extra cheese, pizza. Firstly, the delivery driver showed up to my home an hour after placing my order, despite the fact that it should have only taken 15 to 30 minutes, due to the fact that I live 6 minutes away from this location. When the driver arrived, he handed me a large, overcooked pizza that was so overcooked that it was dry and it had black oil pockets and burn spots on it, and the pizza clearly didn't have extra cheese on it. Upon looking at the pizza I instantly knew what was wrong with the pizza, and I immediately took pictures of it. After taking pictures of the pizza, I called the store manager and told him about it, and he told me that in order to get a new pizza I would not only have to wait for a new one, I would also have to give the delivery driver back the bad pizza, yet another thing that I found to be highly unprofessional and inappropriate. After listening to him tell me those things, I told him that I agreed to the conditions to get the new pizza and he told me that he placed the new pizza order for me and that the driver was on his way. Unfortunately, another hour went by, and I didn't hear anything from both the manager or the delivery driver. And when I called the delivery driver to ask him about my new order, the delivery driver told me that he didn't know anything about my new order and told me that I had to call the store because he's just a delivery driver. So I then called the store, again, and spoke with the manager, again. Then I told the manager what the delivery driver told me and the manager told me that the delivery driver does know about the new pizza order that was placed and that he was on his way despite the fact that the driver was once again an hour late. After listening to the manager tell me those things, I said ok I will wait. A few minutes later, the delivery driver finally came, after being an hour late. When I met the delivery driver outside this time, he gave me the pizza and asked me to open the pizza box to check the pizza quality, yet another thing that I found to be unprofessional and inappropriate. I then checked the pizza, only because he asked me, then I went into my home quietly and didn't say anything. A few minutes later I then received a text message from the delivery driver and the manager saying, "Sir, we still can't tell what the problem was with the pizza," yet another thing that I found to be unprofessional and inappropriate, since the pizza had clear problems with it that anyone could see. And after I texted them back Before and After pictures of the old and new pizza, they didn't say anything and they stopped contesting my claim. This incident is unfortunately one of many incidents and bad experiences that I have had with this location. This location currently has a 2.8 star Google review rating, so it's not just me complaining, and I want something serious to be done about these charlatans who clearly don't care about what...
Read moreToday was their grand opening so when did the medium specials for 3.99 I ordered two pizzas but only ended up taking one home because they were giving out cheese pizzas that been sitting out for hours and hours and hours the manager refused to make any fresh pizzas because he said it was Papa John's policy that they cannot make any fresh pizzas after 11:00 pm but they close at 3:00 a.m. this is the first time I ever had Papa John's and I'm pretty sure this is going to be the last I was excited that we had a Papa John's but between the manager and the cold pizza and him not caring about anybody who was in there complaining because everybody was complaining and you can tell he did not care about his job. Funny had somebody help me pick it up cold.. they explained the route to tip in the delivery charge n no help. I called customer service the next day. Still no help. Good luck...
