I used to love that place, but after today I don’t think I’ll even consider it. We started with a new server, that doesn’t even remember what kinds of soup they have, I asked her about the salad and she said it contains lettuce onions and some other stuff that I can’t remember!!!. But anyway sauces will be on top of it. I don’t mind hiring new person, but still on Weekends and busy traffic restaurants suppose to have fast servers who understand everything they have to avoid mistakes. Anyway we placed our order 3 meals and 1 kids meal. After more than 30 min they bring 3 drinks without the kids drink and only 2 straws. Not to mention the ice tea was hot with some cubes of ice on top. I asked 2 servers for a straw and they never show up again. The kids drink arrived and another half hour passed, then came the food without the kids meal, and when I asked about it they said the kitchen is packed!!!!! I mean if you ever work in a restaurant, you’ll understand that when you receive the order you’ll understand what takes longer time to cook and start it right away and after you start to put the rest of the items. And never ever make the mistake of serving food missing a whole meal. 3 servers bring our food. I asked for the manager “Elle” and I’m so sorry to tell she is as the rest of this place. She came and said you’re missing the kids meal I’ll look to see how we are in the kitchen, 10 min later the server came back with the kids meal. Which of course we returned as we shared the food with our kid.
I didn’t hear a sorry word from anyone and I got my straw almost before finishing the meal. It’s a shame how this place ended up. No customer service what so ever. Servers running around the place and the place still a mess. Not organized kitchen and not caring servers like them manager. My honest advice go elsewhere where people will care to give you the service that you pay money for. Giving them 2 stars only because of the old memories of what used to be...
Read moreI went to this location on Father’s Day which I frequent often because it’s in the community I live. It wasn’t no more than two minutes after driving off when I realized I left my sunglasses on the table. I immediately made a U-turn, returned to the Olive Garden and informed the Hostess. The hostess went to check the table (only after I asked her to check because she told me to go look myself) and said there was nothing there. I asked to speak to the manager. Danielle came out and informed her of my situation. She told me to give her a minute and she would be right back. Well, after waiting well over 10 minutes and me asking staff to remind her that I was waiting for her, she returned. Clearly me leaving my sunglasses behind and more than likely one of her staff members took them was not of urgency. Danielle stated she checked the cart of the bus boy and nothing was there. She wrote down my name and number and said another manager would follow-up with Monday no later than Tuesday. There was no follow up call so I decided to reach out on Wednesday. I dealt with another Manager who informed me, she was aware of my situation. So then my question was why hasn’t anyone followed up with me. This is the lack of urgency and concern as a customer management had for me and my situation. This manager had the nerve to tell me that she trust her staff members and that she doesn’t believe they are thieves. So my response to her was that my sunglasses doesn’t have feet and they didn’t walk off the table by themselves; and unfortunately, we do live in the world where some people are dishonest. There was no real apology. I was not offered any kind of compensation. I was just out of my sunglasses. As I explained to management my sunglasses were not designer (thankfully) but it’s the moral principal for me. A piece of advice, never leave anything behind at this Olive Garden because more than likely you will not get it back. I will never patronize this...
Read moreWorse service, worse food, and the worse house keeping. This place smells like a garbage disposal. My wife and I went to Olive Garden the other night and I must say we were not impressed. They sat us by the kitchen where there was heavy traffic and disrupting noises. Apart from that, they sat us too close to another table, where you couldn't have a private conversation. We asked to be moved to another table/area and the host had an attitude, telling us we had to wait 15-20 minutes for another table. Mind you the restaurant was empty on a Thursday night. We waited patiently. Twenty minutes later, the host moved us to an empty booth that was unoccupied the entire time we were there. The waitress rushed us to order and couldn't explain the menu. I ordered a Strawberry Mango Margarita that was so sweet I almost went into diabetic shock and I'm not even a diabetic. I couldn't drink it. I had my wife taste it and she thought it was overly sweetened. In an effort to make my margarita drinkable, I watered it down with ice but it didn't help. I told the waitress. She was unapologetic, didn't offer another drink and never discounted it from our bill. I had to pay for it. My pasta was hard, like if it had been reheated in the microwave. I couldn't eat half of it. I was hoping dessert would redeem our horrible experience but the waitress disappeared. She was gone for almost the entire time we were there. We decide to leave without desert. I grabbed the Ziosk at the end of the table, since the waitress never gave us our check. As I'm going through the process of paying, the waitress comes back, looks at me and still didn't acknowledge us. It's like we weren't even there. We left upset with the resolution to never return. I regret leaving her a tip of $2.06.
