I have been Olive Garden many times over the years. It has always been a decent places to get inexpensive Italian food. In years past there were crazy two hour wait times to get in that were ridiculous so we stopped going. Fast forward to this weekend. My daughter had never been to Olive Garden so we had a girls lunch there. We only had to wait 5-10 minutes tops to get a table. Our waitress whose name I believe was Heather was phenomenal. She was over the top and truly explained everything about the menu to us, offered us different options and was super patient. I was glad to see that even though there were some new items on the menu, there were still a couple items out there that were old favorites that I was familiar with. The food came out in an appropriate amount of time and everything was absolutely delicious! We were really pleased with everything overall. While the food was very good, the real reason I would return to this restaurant is due to our server. She really made us feel welcomed and try to make our experience a good one. I will say if we had the server that was doing the tables next to us, I might not have the same opinion of the restaurant. The server that was taking care of the surrounding tables seemed like a distracted hot mess. I am glad that we had Heather! She truly made the difference. Edit: the whole family went back for dinner on 12.15.19. The employees were hustling so everyone could get their food out on time and while the food was okay, the portions were way smaller and just kind of thrown together. Our waitress, Dawn, was great. However, whomever was plating the meals should be ashamed. Our appetizer, the Create Your Own Sampler (I added a picture) looked like it was partially eaten. Quite frankly, it wasn’t that good either.

UPDATE: OCTOBER 2023 Definitely a much better experience than the last 2👍🏻👍🏻. I don't go as often as before. Food was a lot better. My server, Maria, was amazing, she also was on point offering items to add on on our bill, her boss should be happy, she was kind, fast and attentive. Inflation was felted, lol🤑, that is everywhere. Other than that, glad that it was a much better experience today. Also my wait was less than 5 minutes to get a table, which surprised me. UPDATE: APRIL 2023 I can honestly say that it was better than my previous experience. Food was good regardless they served the wrong dish to my daughter. But they correct it fairly quick. Service was good. I dine at this place once to three times a month, I have noticed that the quality in their food and service are going down. My last order was a curbside pick up, the salad had chuncks of the core of the lettuce, the tomatoes extremely mushi, they didn't follow my request, the soup tasteless, the donuts were so hot when they place them in the container that became very soggy. Is unfortunate because this is my child 's favorite place.

One hour and 15 minute wait in the car until they texted my phone to say our table was ready. Now the service: The waitress was sweet and polite but forgetful. Sending her with a request was easily forgotten. Maybe she's alil over worked and more people needed her as well🤷🏽‍♀️ Food: My first time trying the Zuppa Toscana soup. It was absolutely delicious but the first bowl had to be the bottom of the pot because it was tiny shreds of greens and the smallest crumb of meat. Being the first time I had it, I had no clue it was basically broth. As I stated before it was still delicious. It wasn't until the second bowl that I knew I was mislead. That second bowl was full of veggies and herbs and meat. (See photos) So much so, a hour and 20 minutes later by the time my meal came out I was completely full. I ordered the Italian Rum Punch which was tasty as well and the seafood alfredo which I wound up wrapping up to go. If you don't mind the longest wait ever. I'd say go for it because the food and drinks taste so good.

I used to love that place, but after today I don’t think I’ll even consider it. We started with a new server, that doesn’t even remember what kinds of soup they have, I asked her about the salad and she said it contains lettuce onions and some other stuff that I can’t remember!!!. But anyway sauces will be on top of it. I don’t mind hiring new person, but still on Weekends and busy traffic restaurants suppose to have fast servers who understand everything they have to avoid mistakes. Anyway we placed our order 3 meals and 1 kids meal. After more than 30 min they bring 3 drinks without the kids drink and only 2 straws. Not to mention the ice tea was hot with some cubes of ice on top. I asked 2 servers for a straw and they never show up again. The kids drink arrived and another half hour passed, then came the food without the kids meal, and when I asked about it they said the kitchen is packed!!!!! I mean if you ever work in a restaurant, you’ll understand that when you receive the order you’ll understand what takes longer time to cook and start it right away and after you start to put the rest of the items. And never ever make the mistake of serving food missing a whole meal. 3 servers bring our food. I asked for the manager “Elle” and I’m so sorry to tell she is as the rest of this place. She came and said you’re missing the kids meal I’ll look to see how we are in the kitchen, 10 min later the server came back with the kids meal. Which of course we returned as we shared the food with our kid.

I didn’t hear a sorry word from anyone and I got my straw almost before finishing the meal. It’s a shame how this place ended up. No customer service what so ever. Servers running around the place and the place still a mess. Not organized kitchen and not caring servers like them manager. My honest advice go elsewhere where people will care to give you the service that you pay money for. Giving them 2 stars only because of the old memories of what used to be...

I went to this location on Father’s Day which I frequent often because it’s in the community I live. It wasn’t no more than two minutes after driving off when I realized I left my sunglasses on the table. I immediately made a U-turn, returned to the Olive Garden and informed the Hostess. The hostess went to check the table (only after I asked her to check because she told me to go look myself) and said there was nothing there. I asked to speak to the manager. Danielle came out and informed her of my situation. She told me to give her a minute and she would be right back. Well, after waiting well over 10 minutes and me asking staff to remind her that I was waiting for her, she returned. Clearly me leaving my sunglasses behind and more than likely one of her staff members took them was not of urgency. Danielle stated she checked the cart of the bus boy and nothing was there. She wrote down my name and number and said another manager would follow-up with Monday no later than Tuesday. There was no follow up call so I decided to reach out on Wednesday. I dealt with another Manager who informed me, she was aware of my situation. So then my question was why hasn’t anyone followed up with me. This is the lack of urgency and concern as a customer management had for me and my situation. This manager had the nerve to tell me that she trust her staff members and that she doesn’t believe they are thieves. So my response to her was that my sunglasses doesn’t have feet and they didn’t walk off the table by themselves; and unfortunately, we do live in the world where some people are dishonest. There was no real apology. I was not offered any kind of compensation. I was just out of my sunglasses. As I explained to management my sunglasses were not designer (thankfully) but it’s the moral principal for me. A piece of advice, never leave anything behind at this Olive Garden because more than likely you will not get it back. I will never patronize this...

Worse service, worse food, and the worse house keeping. This place smells like a garbage disposal. My wife and I went to Olive Garden the other night and I must say we were not impressed. They sat us by the kitchen where there was heavy traffic and disrupting noises. Apart from that, they sat us too close to another table, where you couldn't have a private conversation. We asked to be moved to another table/area and the host had an attitude, telling us we had to wait 15-20 minutes for another table. Mind you the restaurant was empty on a Thursday night. We waited patiently. Twenty minutes later, the host moved us to an empty booth that was unoccupied the entire time we were there. The waitress rushed us to order and couldn't explain the menu. I ordered a Strawberry Mango Margarita that was so sweet I almost went into diabetic shock and I'm not even a diabetic. I couldn't drink it. I had my wife taste it and she thought it was overly sweetened. In an effort to make my margarita drinkable, I watered it down with ice but it didn't help. I told the waitress. She was unapologetic, didn't offer another drink and never discounted it from our bill. I had to pay for it. My pasta was hard, like if it had been reheated in the microwave. I couldn't eat half of it. I was hoping dessert would redeem our horrible experience but the waitress disappeared. She was gone for almost the entire time we were there. We decide to leave without desert. I grabbed the Ziosk at the end of the table, since the waitress never gave us our check. As I'm going through the process of paying, the waitress comes back, looks at me and still didn't acknowledge us. It's like we weren't even there. We left upset with the resolution to never return. I regret leaving her a tip of $2.06.
