Crave Cookies — Local services in Philadelphia

I really wanted to like crave cookies , but my first time was enough to not send me back . First off there was 4 girls working and none had hair nets on . Then inordered my four cookie package and watched the girl put them in a box and put them aside on the counter. 7 mins went by and I had to ask why I didn’t get my cookies yet . Then they had to ask each other what was the hold up . When I was then told they were makimg icing for one cookie. I responded with I wish I was told that from the start that I had to wait as I could have switched my choice and not had to wait. But I would have had no problem if I was told but I just sat there waiting . This is crazy I’ve been waiting ten mins now . One girl says sorry we’ve been really busy today . Then whispers to another girl who then looks at me and they both laugh . Ok we’re not gossiping and talking about customers . That’s not appropriate at any level , but I guess I should’ve expected that from a bunch of young girls . Then I finally get my cookies and the one waiting on the frosting (cinnamon roll ) is not warm and was rock hard so it was terrible . Most likely from sitting. And to top it off when I bring the box out to my 4 children waiting there was hair in one on the little morsel in the picture . Thanks...

Ordered online for the 2nd time as the first time my order was cancelled 10 minutes before delivery time. I got a custom soda and it was...DELICIOUSLY SURPRISING! I got a sprite based with cranberry & guava juice with strawberry puree...it was sooo good! The concept is unique and I recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a custom soda..the cookies? I got a 4 pack but have yet to taste them so I will be back...they look BETTER THAN CRUMBL THOUGH!

Update 3/10/25: so the chocolate chip cookie was delicious. Now the cookie and brownie combo AKA The brookie was phenomenal. I wasn't too much of a fan of the raspberry lemonade cookie as it was kind of sweet and I was put off by the lemon pieces. However, I do have a textural thing going on so that could be it. Last but not least, the toffee cookie was not my usual go-to especially with the caramel but it was delicious. Very sweet but not cavity sweet or diabetic sweet. All in all. I will order again once I see it. Another combo of flavors I like this week. They seem to be cake thing so I'll wait till next week to see what flavors I have.

3/26:I think i have a problem! There's cookies...

The cookies are terrible and not done at all. I tried this place twice (different cookies) and got the same result, I will not be giving crave another chance unfortunately.

Update: 6.22.25 ,The crave team did make it right by sending me coupons for my experience. I used one for my niece and nephew and thought I had more when I went in today but they expired (so I spent my money one last time for a cookie 🤦🏾‍♀️).I respect crave for their dedication in trying to make my experience better.However, I just don't think the cookies are for me or my family. If you like cookie dough (which many ppl do) you may like this place they have other things as well....
