I came with a friend to come try the endless shrimp offer. We checked online before coming to make sure we wouldn't need to wait, and there was no estimated wait online; the website said the restaurant was currently seating. We get into the restaurant and are estimated a 25 minute wait. We waited those 25 minutes and were then seated, and had no service for the first 15 minutes of our time in the restaurant. After we are finally able to order, we get the famous biscuits first, which were super tasty! But, our waters didn't come out for another 15 minutes after we had ordered, so it became unenjoyable to eat the biscuits with such a dry mouth. We waited a total of 45 minutes after ordering to receive our food. They forgot our sides and gave me a side I am physically unable to eat. One of the shrimp dishes I ordered (shrimp alfredo) had extremely undercooked, gummy noodles. (Attached a photo of the pasta) The crispy dragon shrimp, the grilled shrimp skewers, and the garlic shrimp scampi were very tasty though. Once our sides were brought out 20 minutes after asking for the sides we had ordered, the side salads (which were an extra $2.49) were probably some of the saddest salads I've tasted. The dressing was watered down, the leaves were browning & soggy. We asked for the salads off our check since we both ate one bite and didn't want to continue further, but only one of them was taken off the check. When we asked for another round of the shrimp, it took another 40+ minutes for the second round. Our second round of orders were inaccurate, but we were too tired to even ask for a change. By this point we had been in the restaurant for 2 and a half hours and were growing restless so we decided to just pay and go home. Our server was incredibly sweet and was absolutely trying her best, as well as the person who gave us our food. Most of the food was very good when it was the correct items we ordered, but I don't think we'll be coming back because the wait for everything was just too long and we were not given any sort of apologies or recognition for waiting so long.

4/21/24 I’ll start with the Good stuff, I was greeted at the door and the wait time was about 2-5 Minutes⏰ & It wasn’t to busy. We were seated by a Nice Lady and she placed the biscuits on the table and said the waiter would be there shortly. Id say we waited 5-10 Minutes⏰for the waiter to come gave us water and walked away maybe 15-19 Minutes ⏰later he came back and asked what we wanted drink. Waited about 18 Minutes for the drinks to come out our biscuits were a little hard on the outside. I ordered a salad with no cheese 🚫🧀🥗when my salad came out there was cheese on it, I let someone know my salad was not made correctly and it was fixed however he slammed it down and did the same with the drinks 🥤we ordered. We asked for more bisquites that we never received, The Waiter was moving so fast attending different tables to wasn’t able to really check in with us and make sure everything was ok. We wait an 1hr + for our food to come out warm, The Person I was with said their shrimp 🦐wasn’t fully cooked. My shrimp the flavor really just wasn’t there, The Rice 🍚under the Grilled shrimp Was Not Fully cooked it was still hard. We didn’t get our side of fries we had to say something and had to wait another 5 Minutes ⏰. The put a seasoning on the fries its not the most tasty🍟 At that point we paid 🧾and left. This was not an enjoyable red lobster 🦞experience & its clear they are under staffed. Hope they Improve and other people don’t have to experience this!!😁

My Wife’s Birthday :) Celebrating my wife and the fact that we just had our first child three weeks ago! She wanted to go out to eat, and one of her favorite places is Red Lobster. She had her usual—the Admiral’s Feast—but I had to try the seafood bag everyone’s been talking about. The average cost of a seafood bag at other restaurants is about $30–$50, so for $45.99, I thought I’d give it a shot. To my surprise, it was really good! Now, my reviews are always honest, so here’s the deal: the popcorn shrimp appetizer was a bit disappointing. For $13.99, they were not as pictured on the menu. I was served about 30 tiny shrimp—literally pea-sized! Out of all of them, maybe 10 were a decent size. Still tasty, but not what I expected. As for the seafood bag—I’d give it a solid 9/10. It came with 10 shrimp, 2 corn on the cob, about 5 potatoes, 1 split lobster tail, and 1 cluster of snow crab legs. The only downside was the potatoes: slightly hard and underseasoned, like they’d been lightly boiled in plain water and tossed in last-minute. When you bite into them, they’re bland—but everything else was amazing. In closing, major shoutout to the staff—Geraldine (our server) and Malika (the manager) took exceptional care of us! Can’t wait to go back!

Terrible visit to store 0241 in Philadelphia.

I recently tried to dine in at the store mentioned above. We arrived and were told a 15 minute wait for 2. That was fine. However after 25 minutes and two parties of two that came after us seated we were finally seated after approaching the host to ask (the restaurant was NOT crowded).

We should have left then. We had a 9 o’clock movie but assumed 2 hours would have been enough time to eat and drink. We were wrong.

At this time it we were seated and for at least 10 minutes no one approached us. Just sitting. By the time our server approached us we ready to order. Things got worse. We ordered 1 alcohol drink, 1 water and one lemonade. We also ordered appetizers of mushrooms and side salad. For entrees we ordered surf and turf sirloin - medium with mashed and broccoli with no bacon. The second entree was ultimate feast with mashed potato’s and asparagus.

The appetizers came before the alcohol drink and lemonade. We never got the water.

The biscuits came. Still no water - we did ask for it again

We ordered another alcohol drink - and asked about the water a third time —— the server responded with are you ready to order your entrees? Well we did that already…..

We were then told the kitchen was backed up - as we watched other people around us whom ordered after us eat their food.

At this point in time our two hours dwindled away…. So we asked the server to bring containers WITH the food so we can pack up what we don’t have a chance to eat….

More time elapsed. We were told they were packing our food up Togo…. ???? Not what we wanted but at this point the evening was ruined. The Togo food came with apologies and low and behold the order was wrong. No mashed potatoes… Brussels sprouts instead of asparagus , shrimp for the surf and turf was not Parmesan. Steak was well done and to add insult EVERYTHING WAS COLD.

I told the server I didn’t want the surf and turf entree and to remove it from bill. I didn’t want it comped (I left it on the table) I didn’t want it at all anymore. My dates decided to try to make the best of his food as takeout . The manager came to speak with us and the first words out of his mouth was soooooo I heard there was a problem with missing mashed potatoes . Ummmmmm excuse me —- huge disconnect but at this point we needed to go. I stated I just want the check and I want to go. The manager brought the check and apologized - I’m not sure what he was even apologizing for… but I still had to wait another TEN MINUTES for the server to bring me the kiosk to check out. I want to state again IT WAS NOT CROWDED.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. Two hours wasted and we still had to push our movie back to a later show. I’m not sure if the server was new or it was just an off day but from being seated to never being able to eat it set a tone for our entire night that was not a positive one.

I believe my date spoke with another manager who offered a gift card. I could care less about a gift card because I have no desire to eat at this red lobster again. I spent 93.56 for two hours of my life wasted waiting for cold food I could not eat and two glasses of water...

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. I have been here twice within the past month and both of these times I had a really terrible experience. I am not one to complain, but this was beyond ridiculous. Service was extremely slow when there wasn't even many guests inside. The restaurant was not even packed. During my second visit, I thought I would have a better experience, but it was even worse. We got there and a waiter leaving for her break did not open the door for us as we were walking in and they were coming out. My friend held the door for her and she proceeded to tell her rudely, "No, I got it" and used the other door. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated when we were the only ones waiting. When we were seated, our server took 20 minutes to take our order. After our order was placed, it took another 15-20 minutes just to receive our drinks and bread. Another 10 minutes to receive our salads. And then another 20-30 minutes to receive our entrees. I was eating with someone who was pregnant and she had ordered the all you can eat shrimp. We decided to just ask for boxes and her extra plate of shrimp linguini to take to go because we couldn't wait any longer. Our server did not pick up our used dishes or checked in to see if we were okay. There were tables who were sat after we were seated and were able to have their meal and pay before we even received our entrées.

A trip to eat a quick dinner within an hour ended up having us there from 5-8 PM. This was extremely ridiculous. On both occasions we did not leave a tip. Not even an apology from the manager for the poor service. We had to get another waiter to give us boxes and bring up our bill.

I miss how this place was in the past. I used to enjoy eating here with my family growing up years ago, but management has been very terrible after COVID-19, and there are workers there that seem to not care or enjoy their job.

Service is way better at the Oxford Valley location and also in Cherry Hill, NJ. This is definitely my last time I will be eating at the one on the BLVD. I rather take the drive further out to these other locations than step foot here ever again.

Beware of going on a weekday. Just because it is not a Friday or weekend doesn't mean you won't expect...

My son, sister and I went there last night 6/8/24 to have dinner a little before 8 PM. Walked in and saw it was pretty empty and no one was at the host area to seat us. Waited about 15 minutes and someone finally came over. Asked us to wait 10 minutes to get our table and was seated. Young lady came over about 15 minutes later asked for our drinks and took our order. My sister and I ordered ice tea with mango flavor and my sisters just tasted like water no flavor at all but appeared to have some type of syrup in it. Mine was tolerable but still didn’t taste like ice tea or mango. We then waited for our food which took over an hour. And was surprised because again the place was pretty empty as far as customers went. Plenty of staff walking around however. Our biscuits came out warm but didn’t come out till about 45 minutes after we placed our food and drinks order. And also wasn’t told what I ordered wasn’t available till 45 minutes later. Which was the larger snow crab legs that cost $5 more than the regular snow crab legs. So we asked if they can just go ahead and bring the regular crab legs. After that we waited another half hour for our food and I had to ask our waitress where it was. When it finally came out another 15 minutes after that. My food was cold the crab legs felt like they just came out of the fridge. My sons was a little warm but only because of the hot potatoes it was sitting on. I asked the young man to take my food back and asked for a manager. She came out to apologize but at that point I was just frustrated and still hungry so I asked for the bill and asked her to just charge for the other two meals. When the check came out I was still being charge for the larger snow crabs the waitress said they didn’t have in the first place. So had to call the manager again to fix that as well. She offered to still serve me a meal at no cost. But at that point I was just disgusted and hungry after almost 2 hours without the proper meal I ordered. Also, the place could have been cleaner. There was a damp carpet smell in the restaurant. Totally disappointed with that Red Lobster located on Roosevelt Blvd in...
