Original George's Burgers — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Not a big reviewer but when I feel deserved I’ve gotta take the time to let it be known .. I order from George’s burgers all the time and the phone girls have always been great well spoken very nice on the phone but recently the past 3 times I’ve called I’ve gotten this AMAZING WOMAN on the phone She is FAST She is Very Respectful And PATIENCE she rereads my large Picky detailed order back to me perfect never a mistake I personally work in customer service an it is so rare to come across Customer service like this I love calling an getting her after I ordered I had to let her know how great she truly is because it’s hard to come by so I found out her name is “Diana” she happened to be the manager which shocked me but didn’t it did because she sounds so young but not surprised because of her phone etiquette I told her boss don’t let her go that girl deserves a RAISE lol .. DIANA YOU ARE AMAZING TYSM FOR BEING U TRULY U Rock !! Also THE FOOD IS ALWAYS GREAT GREAT PORTIONS ALWAYS QUALITY COMES FAST AN NEVER A MESS UP SERVICE LIKE THIS IS HARD TO COME BY ESPECIALLY THESE DAYS SO PLEASE IF UR GONNA SPEND UR HARD EARNED MONEY...

So when you order from a third party app they obviously don’t know how to put proper instructions on the app and are a total inconvenience like I ordered from my door dash app and then had my husband try and pick it up I paid $30 they refused to give him our food that mind you I paid for I called the store gave me name read my whole order to them still refused to give me my food my husband waisted gas and I waisted money for what then I talked to a young like teenager claiming to be the manager who still refused to give me my food to then tell me to contact door dash and I’m just like wow seriously I legit read you my order the time it was ordered from the app and you are refusing me what you guys already took my money for never again and then to tell me it’s your rule you put on the app it’s not there and I told the said manager maybe you guys legit need to put it in the instructions and evidently you don’t know...

I struggle to find these places that have great food and service at such a great price, this burger house has impressed all my coworkers that have ordered and man those shakes sure are tasty. You know when you get your food and your mouth starts watering and you get that excitement like opening gifts for xmas, that is what I get every-time my order arrives. Always so tasty and quick at such an amazing price. I almost want to keep it to myself so they don't get too popular and busy. I say time to start franchising!!!
