Good pizza HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & accountability . I have been ordering from this location for over a year , delivery. Never had an issue until our last 3 deliveryâs where drivers would arrive without âchange â $50 bills and no $1 or $5 to break down to return at-least $6/$7 back . The last time I finally spoke up . A driver arrived with âno change â he owed me back $3.47 I asked him could he return back to be with that change and said why do I need the change back isnt it his tip ? No itâs not your tip and you have to give me the option to tip or not Iâm still due back charge regardless. He then begins to act as if h didnât understand me . I called the store on the phone and let them know that hey they driver doesnât have any change . Could some send him back with some (the pizza store is in the BACK of my house ) they say oh sure I said well I gave the driver yesterday almost a $8 tip because he didnât have change I want the change back today he said okay he will come back Well 15 mins later I get a call saying the driver said I never paid and I cursed him out So I get in my car to go to the store to show the OWNER my surveillance footage of me handing the guy they money and NEVER âcursing him out â he tells me well we do owe you change hands me the $3.47 but itâs the 1st of the month and the house before you took all his change itâs the 1st we busy ! SO WHAT that doesnât give you as the business the option to not return CHANGE trust me if I got delivery and didnât have the correct amount they would take the food back from me . Itâs the principal right is right and wrong is wrong !
Well fast fwd 2 days later I order again NO issue 2 days later my son orders no issue
Well a random day I call and SORRY WE CANT DELIVER TO U ANYMORE THE OWNER PUT A NOTE THAT I DIDNT PAY AND CURSED THE DRIVER OUTđwow! So i spoke to the manager and he apologized âim going to remove the note â Well that didnât happen i went to pick up my food the lady said oh sorry I didnât see the note but we canât serve you Here comes the manager : âoh no we never put that note â well who did Casper the ghost ? I kindly let him know If you donât want me to patronize your business please TELL ME now He says I will Speak with my partner & call you đđwell no call đ At the end of the day I do not or need to spend my money with a business that didnât have change to give me back but I will not be listed as cursing out or not paying when I did , none of this makes sense itâs embarrassing đł Glad I recorded all conversations. The girl hung up on me before I could ask for replacement. When I called back she was rude and disrespectful. I ordered my pizza with ricotta and Well Done. Not only was it not well done as I asked but the cheese wasn't even fully melted. It was not even hot.
