Never do I write a complaint but I will now. I ordered two combo plates and a crab rangoon. When the food got here it was $46.60 and that's just the beginning problem. Not sure why everything was so dark, maybe MSG not sure but nothing had any flavor. The flavore it did have was all the same like it was all cooked in the same grease. No added anything for flavore. The chicken and pork fried rice just had some chicken in it and some pork in it and this dark plain tasting rice. Even the egg roll had that same dull taste that everything else had. The crab rangoons were rubbery, the corners were to hard to chew and they had nothing in the middle, like the wipe of a spoon. After a few tastes it went in the trash just like the money and i made spaghetti for dinner. As a business owner I turn out the best work possible and if that's what I just got then I would highly suggest that you call somewhere else, not to mention $46.60 smfh.. No stars at all,...

Never ordering from here again. Ordered over $70 worth of food and didn’t receive a fork, napkins, or condiments (soy sauce, hot mustard, duck sauce) for the food. Called the store back to inquire about what was missing to be placed on hold for what seemed like 10mins. Talked to three different people and the third person I spoke with told me “oh whenever the delivery driver has time he will drop it off”. U got me once you won’t get me again. Sorry but not sorry....

Response to owners reply: so I ordered food the day before from you all was given everything needed to eat with forks, condiments, & napkins without even asking. And I wasn’t home where I have my own utensils, I was actually at work & that’s where my food got delivered too.. the...

The key is to order the food they make well. They have great service and are great to speak with on the phone.

What to order: soup, rolls, lo mein Their soups and rolls are made from scratch and delicious. The wonton soup is the best I've ever had..really tender, full wontons and a deeply flavored broth. I also really like the egg rolls. One egg roll and one small soup make a great meal. The lo mein is great and loaded with lots of fresh ingredients.

What not to order: General Tso's or similar fried chicken The chicken doesn't taste high quality and the sauce/coating not good. The scallion pancake also not good and burnt the one time...
