An extremely rude, ignorant, disrespectful salesman named Glenn Wagner tried to force me to take an order I do not need.

When I refuse the order Glenn threatened to stop delivering to me and cancel the contract - I said that’s fine. Then he threatened to take the fridge that I PAID FOR in which he has absolutely no right to do so.

Glenn is extremely unprofessional and ignorant. If he represents the Philadelphia Water Ice company then I refuse to do business with them. This company is the only company that tries to force orders upon their customers. I have multiple vendors come into my store every single day and if they bring something I don’t want they politely take it back and leave. However Glenn is the opposite and will harass you, insult you, and threaten you. Glen was extremely disrespectful and rude to me that a customer took notice and started speaking out on my behalf because I was calm and remained professional.

I did not insult Glen nor harass him. But Glen has the audacity to tell me I don’t know how to do business but I’m 27 years old with multiple successful businesses and brings in more than he will ever make in his lifetime plus what’s in his 401k and times that by 100.

Thanks to Glen I will be seeking ice cream products from other vendors.

This wholesaler is usually pretty good. The week of 3/15/24, I purchased a few buckets of pineapple flavored waterice from restaurant depot that taste like pina colada/ banana RD told me to contact the wholesaler. I reached out to PWIF via phone, left a few vms, and also through their site. It is now A month later and no one has reached back out to me, which is fine. I just wanted to let them know that the batch made during that time didn’t taste like pineapple. It’s a bummer because I had a serval customers complain about that flavor...

Sold this product for years fleshly scooped and it was a great money maker. 10x better than prepack. Bigger sizes, perfectly soft & more profit. Sold small one flavor, medium two flavors and large 3 flavors. Needless to say customers often upsized to get multiple flavors.
