Is Corporate NOT READING THE REVIEWS?????? Everyone has the same complaint...literally! I was happy at 1st to see a Pizza Hut so close to me.. not many left in Philly at all..but will MEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN!!.. I walked in to take an order and there are 2 girls behind the glads/counter sitting down and one of them are on the phone talking to a friend while I stand there to wait to take my order. She finally got up and took my order. I literally only got an order of CHEESE BREAD STICKS and I asked for an extra sauce (that I paid for).. as she hands me my change she says under her breath "I am not taking ANY more orders" and the other girl laughs with her. I sit inside to wait for my order and she sits back down. I literally see the cook place a bag of sticks under the heater for the girls to grab..Sat for another 3 mins and finally asked "IS THAT MY FOOD RIGHT THERE" Lo and behold it was! She was annoyed because I asked her to stop bagging it so we can make sure there is any extra sauce in there. And when she opened the box there was only ONE! I TOLD HER "EXACTLY..SINCE I PAID FOR IT!!" The attitudes are just wrong!! Don't support this place..someone else posted an address to an Upper Darby Pizza Hut so I am going to check them out from now on!! Fire those girls and get some REAL WORKERS IN THERE!!!!!!

By far the worst pizza hut experience EVER! I placed my order online at 608p and didnt receive my food until after 730p. I ordered a large chicken pizza with onions and peppers. For some reason they put mushrooms on it which im allergic to. I ordered 2 orders of bone in wings one hot and one sweet chili. The were both boneless wings with a bunch of sauce on the bottom. The store was super packed and they kept messing up all the orders. Carry out and doordash. I waited for over 45 minutes just for my food to cold, wrong and late for work. They were rude and making the same pizzas over and over. They kept saying my order was not done yet. But after 45 minutes they gave me my pizza off the counter and the wrong wings out of the heat rack. NEVER will I come to this location again. I called to let them know they gave me the wrong pizza and wings and they hung up on me without even letting me say anything. When I called back and let it ring no one answered the phone. Managers and staff were rude only one not rude was the lady doing delivery. There was NO organization in this kitchen at all!!!!! They were cursing and standing around discussing the orders instead of calling out the names of orders that were...
