█ DANGER!!!█ This Popeye's sells DISEASED chicken. See the photos of the two wings that have almost NO meat on them and the leg that grew improperly. These abnormalities could only have been caused by certain diseases. It is a disgrace that this restaurant would even serve such obviously inferior, disgusting pieces. This Popeye's is so cheap that when you order an 11-piece batch of chicken, they always shortchange you on the breasts. You get eight wings or legs, two disgusting/slimy thighs, and one breast. A single breast has as much meat as as three legs or wings, so their $13 11-piece "special" is not the great deal that you think it is. To add insult to injury, they do not throw the chicken away that has been sitting out for hours, like a normal restaurant does. Thus, you end up with gross, stinky, rotting chicken parts that you cannot even eat right away, much less freeze and reheat.

Went to the Popeyes on Grant Avenue in the shopping plaza on 6/29/22 and the customer service was completely horrible. No one greeted me and I was given instant attitude as soon as I started placing my order through the drive thru. To make matter worst I receive spoiled food. My coleslaw was so spoiled that it look like cheese and as soon as I opened the lid the smell was just awful 🤢. I would not recommend this location. Do not spend your hard earned money trying to feed your family with spoiled food and horrible customer service.

I have to say today it was actually a 5 star day. There was no wait at the drive thru which is unusual and the employee was not rude for once. She actually asked me if I want to hear the specials. The fries were crispy and the chicken sandwich was delicious. Its about time we got a good meal at this location because in the past it was cold and you had rude employees.

I'm new to this area and today was my first time to this popeyes location. I wanted the five piece Signature chicken special I seen advertised on TV for $6.99. The employee a older Indian man stated I needed to download their app in order to receive this special. I'm from old school and this being my first time ordering from their app or any app. I wanted spicy chicken not original and he says to me you ordered original and thats what your getting and this is not a grocery store where you can pick and change your mind. I said to him it was a mistake my first time. The older Indian employee attitude was so nasty, mean , disrespectful and unprofessional. I asked him was he the manager, he stated yes he was in a very mean tone. Which for some reason i didn't believe he was. I finally had to call 911 and returned back into the store and said I have the police on the phone and I would like a refund or the spicy chicken. I then encounter the Indian woman who was operating the drive through. She walks over to the counter and starts disrespectful repeating what the older employee said. Finally a white middle age man appeared. The female employee began telling him not to exchange the chicken for me and told him information that was a total lie. The male employee than walks over to me and kindly asked what flavor of chicken I wanted and filled my order with no problem. I will never purchase from this popeyes location ever again. The two Indian employees horrible and nasty attitude and behavior will destroy a...

Normally I would use the app to place orders here because I can get their points. This is the second time I use my points to buy a chicken sandwich combo. The first time I thought it was because I went too late so the chicken inside was full of oil and tasted very raw inside, just like it had been overnight. Today I placed the order at 12pm and went to pick it up at 12:15pm on time. I opened the order as soon as I got it and observed it. Sure enough, it was the same as before. I immediately took it into the store to ask, and they said they would not use overnight food. Then they called an Indian who was probably the manager. I explained the situation to him again, but he answered irrelevantly and asked if I didn’t want pickles. He also asked me what I was talking about. I said that the sandwich I got was not fresh and asked him to bring the sandwich on the shelf behind the counter twice to compare. He took my sandwich away unfriendly and handed me the sandwich on the shelf and said I could have it. In order to show that I was not cheating, I deliberately showed the sandwich to the waiter inside to show the difference. I believe that exchanging points for food is a business method for their company to retain customers, but if they feel that they can’t afford it, they can cancel this project. I will continue to buy food here, but I will not tolerate their practices. If I find the same situation again in the future, I will consider complaining to the...

Sadly we did not enjoy the food at all. We felt it was way too salty and greasy. We had to make a quick stop at a grocery store afterwards though we ate some of the food we purchased in the car and without any dipping sauce at all (they charge extra and we got some at home) so it was not good at all, which goes to show that if you must have a dipping sauce with a dish, then something must be wrong with it as if you got to hide the bad food flavor. Once we returned to the vehicle, the car smelled so gross, that I had to spray it right before we left it on our way home. Furthermore, the price was too high and the service was poor and highly unfriendly. We were interested initially in the various bun based sandwiches including their chicken one, which they ran out of. When I asked their employee when they anticipate its return, the reaction was strange and felt indifferent or clueless at best, which is a shame. I'm not saying they should have known the exact date, but at least say something like "soon" or "in a few days" or "in several weeks", "by the end of this month", and such. So even when that sandwich will be back, we won't ever set foot in any of...
