Weâve been going to this Primos since it opened. We have generally had good experiences. Today, I ordered ahead- just 2 simple sandwiches at a non-busy time. I showed up 15 minutes later to find 3 people working. They said my order wasnât ready. None of the 3 of them were working. They were standing around. One was in her phone on a personal call (it was evident from her conversation). They couldnât have moved any slower if they had tried. They had no interest in working or greeting customers in any type is welcoming way. After standing there watching them not make sandwiches with any competency for 15 minutes (now 30 minutes after I ordered), I politely asked how much longer it would be because I was in a bit of a rush. One of them grunted an answer I couldnât understand. Finally, I saw one of them rolling my wrap. I asked if there was any cheese on it. She said no and continued to roll it. I had to tell her that the wrap I ordered comes with cheese. She humphed and begrudgingly added some. As I walked out, a gentleman who was there too commented on my extreme patience and the gross incompetence of all 3 workers. The owner is a nice guy. They didnât take my husbands name down for the order or any other identifying information.. acted completely bewildered when I asked them to look into the order because he spoke with someone and we were well past the time they gave us for a pick up order. I gave the counter staff multiple options for how she could find the order (since they lost it) ⊠finally I had to repeat the order multiple times and one of the line cooks heard it and identified the order. The counter staff member could not wrap her head around this as a way of finding the order .. her solution was to place a new order .. make me wait another 30-40 minutes. The order had been completed and sitting in a bag ⊠or should I say some of the order ⊠they forgot one of the sandwiches. It was BIZARRE in there .. as though they have no concept of customer service. Just try and put yourself in the customerâs shoes, or pretend like youâre going to help and find solutions that makes sense. Most people in there waiting were also frustrated and dealing with...
   Read moreA neighbor of mines had a very unpleasant interaction with the owner of this establishment. My neighbor call in an order over the phone and went to pick up his order. When he can in the store the people behind the counter did not acknowledge his presents, so he said excuse me can I get some assistance. A men behind the counter turned toward him and said "Can't you see, I'm busy talking " My neighbor eventually got his order ( I would have left without the food). Anyway my neighbor told his wife what had happened and she called to complain. When she called she ask for the manager, and the person answering the phone said he was the owner. Long story short, not only was he the owner but he was the man behind the counter that was rude to her husband. He did a half hearted "uh sorry". My neighbor said she will never patronage the store again, and neither will I . I'm yell this story so everyone can k ow how rude the owner is and that no one should patronage this establishment! Customer service is important! This owner disrespect a customer in front of his staff and other customers. So he is not worthy of my money....
