PrimoHoagies — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Usually pretty quick to deliver but today I placed an order and waited just over 2 hours only to never receive my lunch. I had a coupon for National Hoagie day that I used, which I will not get to use next time around because it will have expired. Ended up not getting lunch, calling the store and requesting a refund. I was told it probably got lost in the mix because it was national hoagie day and they were busy. They did offer to remake it and re-send it, but it's over 2 hours late and at this point it's almost dinner time. They are consistent with their food - which I appreciate. But they are are super unprofessional. Currently waiting on a sandwich while two employees sit in front of me texting, and no one is making food lol. I’ve gone in there and they’ve been throwing meat back and forth across the back, laughing as they chuck it at eachother. I also watch them make food with their mask pull down and pull it up to talk to customers. I get it’s fast food and the 17 year olds don’t care. Just wished it was managed better. They are consistent in what they deliver though, never had them mess up an order though it takes 20 mins...

So disappointed with this location. I gave up on them awhile ago, but I figured I would give them a try again. Nothing has changed! The sandwich are so skimpy and never what you requested. I wish I could have given them a negative star...but this is the only option. When I spoke with the manager he informed me they weigh their sandwiches while making it. I ordered a corned beef sandwich on a primo and it felt so light and looked so poor. The meat did not have a corned beef taste at all.
