This is usually my go-to Rita's and my interaction with the girl working wasn't as pleasant as usual. Also, be aware that the new Kool-aid item isn't all that great, especially when what you get is almost all custard, as you can see in the picture. In the advertisement, it shows it with jimmies, but when I was given mine, there were no jimmies, so I asked for the jimmies and she charged me another $1.07. I had a very rude experience at this location. I went towards closing time which is fine , I understand they close at 9 . But I arrived at 8:59 and when I approached the window , the girl made eye contact with me and put up cardboard to cover the window . It would be common courtesy for her to simple say “ Sorry we are closed for the night” . However , she just looked at me and continued to cover the glass to indicate they were closed , which I found very rude . Nice selection to choose from. Good service and the employees are polite. I like how they take the time to split my two flavors in half down the middle (vs. stacking). Area was clean. Wait times differ and can be a hit or miss. No designated parking area. There is a bench on either side of the building. Other customers tend to be conscious of distancing while waiting in line.
