I ordered a pizza at 7:13 PM and I got my food at 8:33 PM. I received my pizza from the delivery driver and felt it to see if it was warm, it was not. I asked him to wait so i could call the restaurant to which this man-child of a delivery driver ran off and drove away. I called the restaurant to complain and they put me on hold for 5 minutes (I could still hear them when they did this) then when i complained to the person on the phone, they told me it would take an hour or i could get credit for the next order, I took the pizza because i wanted a HOT pizza. So I waited the time it took for them to make another, my guests ate a bit of the pizza and HAD TO REHEAT IT IN A MICROWAVE. The driver came back to my house and asked for the other pizza (All pizza places never ask for the pizza back) and when I told him it was eaten a bit, he said an I quote, "So your telling me i wasted my time and drove over here to not get a pizza." to which i replied "Yes because i already payed for it, can i please have my replacement please?". This Man-child called me a "Fcking A*hole and left with the pizza in his hands still. My brother called them back and the phone person ignored him on purpose. I'm never ordering from here again and i suggest anyone else to order somewhere because this is the worst customer service i have ever had...

The prices online don't match what the brochure states.
No confirmation email from their website about my order or eta(estimated time of arrival).
When you call their phone number is an automated answering machine that does not give the full option to check order status.
BUT they made sure to take payment from my account.
WHY are neighborhood businesses taking advantage when we locals keep them alive.
I almost forgot I ordered anything I will no longer call this place for any food or drink.
I will give them 5 minutes before I go walk there myself.
First and last time investing in this business.
I'll encourage this business to edify their customer experience by having a person answer the phone, establish the testing if a confirmation email to customers, verify that prices on menu online match what the brochure states and build out the order status checking option...example? CASTORS PIZZA.
Update: Warm food came (limp and seasoned waffle fries, stromboli and quesadilla) but when I answered the phone the delivery person sounds like a fast forwarding recording then when I said 'huh' he asked me if I understood english. So in the end my almuerzo became dinner...i hope the...
Read moreI just wasted my money!!! I have been ordering g a Spinach chicken salad for past few years with no problems! Very delicious! I always get baby spinach leaves and Today I get a regular grilled chicken salad with cooked spinach on the side. Yuck! I called and spoke with the manager, he gave me all excuses about how I must specify when I said no, I always order a chicken spinach salad from here and always get a bay spinach leaves, which is what I want. Then he says that they did it have baby spinach leaves so decide to put cooked spinach on the side. We went back and forth for a few mins he says ok bye I hung up on him. He them says I should’ve called instead of ordering from the Slice app. He offered no resolution. I don’t eat cooked spinach, hence, why I order spinach salad because of the baby spinach leaves. He could have at least called and asked if I wanted a substitute! What a waste of money. I will not order from here again due to poor customer service!!!!
