The fruitier Mango water ice I ever had. The cost is a little higher then the corner store that sells 8 ounce size for 1 dollar and 12 ounce for 2 dollars. But the almost 4 dollars for a large which I'm guessing was a 20 ounce was absolutely delicious. Rita is the leader as far as franchise's that sell water iced. They are open all the time . AlWays have pretzels some with cheese. I think the products quality out weighs the small higher price. Hey Mr. Rita's water ice if you would like I could write a few jingles for various promotional platforms . No matter how long the line is here, it seems always to go quickly! The staff here are efficient and professional! Whoever does the hiring here needs a raise! On a low-attendance night, we loaded our students and staff into the van and brought everyone here for a treat. Several times and from several windows, we were told, "I can help someone over here!" We explained to each one that we were altogether. We had some indecisive students with us, so it took us some time to get everyone through the line, but the staff were VERY patient with our group. One of our orders they didn't have enough of something, I'm not sure. I was in the back of the line to pay for everyone, but whatever had happened, they figured it out and were able to get him what he wanted to begin with, so all was well. We ate our ice cream and water ice by the side of the building's benches, but it got a bit cold. The absence of the sun really makes a difference in these spring nights. The students held up fine, but our staff was shivering something terrible! But kudos to Rita's staff putting up with us while we hung out for the better...

Before today I thought they were great. As of today july 27, 2020 , I will never go there again!! I placed my order told the girl I needed lids. She filled my order came back and told me there were no lids, so I asked for a carrier since i had to get my purchase home in my new car. Was told there were no carriers. So i asked if she could at least put some things in a bag and put a cup over the top of my gelati's. She looked ay me like i had 2 heads and told me to calm down. She came back with 2 cups that didnt even fit over the top of my gelati's. As this point everything was melting and she didnt even give me a bag. And had the nerve to smirk at me as i struggled to get everything to the car. She watched as the lids slid off and the custard ran down my shirt and then shouted through the window at me, YOUR WELCOME!
