Romeo Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The good thing about this place is the driver's that's it the owner is very rude 😒 I was a loyal customer and I mean a few times a week until they started taking me for granted and knew what he was doing like purposely hanging up on me for no apparent reason and when I asked what was happening and he just evaded me like I didn't matter as a loyal customer and continued to ignore my phone calls completely unwarranted prior to that I asked to not burn my pizza and I had gotten sick from grilled chicken from the chicken Ceasar salad because I would always order that salad and my daughter the pizza because she's on the spectrum autistic and ADHD that's the type of foods she likes but I personally wouldn't give them a second chance myself from my experience everyone has their...

Very very bad experience! 3 hours late 3 phone calls, and when the food actually came, the driver was in his car for 5 to 10 min before he jumped out of the car. I was standing at my door waiting for him when the Grubhub teller told me my delivery was outside.Opened the door and waited. Turned out he was the corner but no one got out until a much later time frame. To top it ALL off, when I finally opened my pizza, a little roach was baked into the cheese. I've tried Romeo Pizza several times over the last few months, it's a block away from where I work, can not say I've ever been impressed. The steak sandwiches always are greasy and the bread soggy as a result.

I tried the pizza once, the dough was raw in the middle, had to finish cooking it through in my stove after I got it home. OK when finally cooked through, at best. In an area of south Philly where there are many pizzeria options, this pizzeria is not amongst those I would return to unless I absolutely needed food quick while in the office.
