No doubt. They have delicious cheesesteaks and I will always vouch for them. But my experience was terrible. I drive from north NJ to Philly just to enjoy cheesesteaks with my family, but this time it was not pleasant. I ordered ahead of time while still 30 min away on the NJ turnpike and I paid the entire order over the phone which came out more than $150. I was expecting my food to be ready while I arrived but then things changed. I went to the pickup line and the person informed me that my order was not ready. They had put someone else name on my order and even though I could see my order all packed up in bags, they refused to give it to me because the name did not match. Then, after patiently waiting on the side for them to resolve this issues, the owner Saad himself finally informed me that my order was ready, even though it had been ready, but they just didn’t want to admit their own mistake of typing someone else’s name on my order. While I tried to address this issue with Saad, he very rudely didn’t want to hear my side and just kept telling me, “have a good day” while I’m trying to address this issue so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Since I had prepaid for this order, and they already received my money, he gave me no importance in hearing me out. Many customers before have also complained that they are only nice to you before you pay; after they receive your money, they really don’t care whether they give you the food on time or even listen. Very unprofessional. Also I was holding my 1.5 year old baby while standing in line waiting for them to resolve the issue and he was crying because first of all, he is A baby, and secondly, it was taking a long time for them to figure everything out. No courtesy at all. After receiving the food, I was waiting on the side because my wife had taken our som to the bathroom and Mr. Saad himself once again gave me the biggest attitude stating, “what is your problem!” Meanwhile I was just waiting for them to finish using the bathroom and leave the stupid restaurant. He didn’t want to admit his mistake and on top of that, looked very aggressive and hostile because I was addressing this issue and he kept ignoring me. You run a business and it would be nice if you could treat your customers with the same courtesy before and after...

Read moreOne of my friends recommended the place, so we came together as a relatively large group. This place was supposedly known for its cheesesteaks, so all of us except for one ordered that off the menu. We were thoroughly disappointed, and I warn everyone to NOT order the cheesesteak. There is no cheese, apart from the small amount laid onto the bun. The beef, which is all on top, is thin and flaky, and flavorless to an extreme. If I wasn't super hungry that day, I'd have thrown out half the flaky steak but instead forced myself to finish it.
We paid a 5 dollar service fee (apart from any tip!) but the highlight of the service is that after they brought the cheesesteaks to our table, they poured ketchup on them, without us asking for that. Seriously? First no cheese on the sandwich, now added ketchup even though I didn't ask? That's why I paid no extra tip.
Also, my friend got a "pickle". I'm not sure what brine they used, it tasted like a cucumber that was in salt water for so long. I was so amazed by how bad it was, I asked a friend to try a pickle slice just to confirm it was that bad. I was a little grumpy, so maybe I was biased, right? But no, I wasn't, it was just a sad sad pickle served in a sad sad establishment that declined rapidly after its glory days.
The fries were alright, but the glob of likely canned cheese on top was not. Yup, the cheese wasn't drizzled onto it, it was just a lump on top.
The only reason the atmosphere sub-category got two stars is because it didn't smell bad in the restaurant and it was relatively clean and comfortable. However, the way they scream your name indecipherably across the store to get your order to you is not something that adds to the vibe.
In short, don't go here, your money is better spent across the street. I don't write reviews on google, I really could care less, but this place is not worth your time so I really had to warn you all. I apologize to the store owners, but at the same time, don't regret...
