I started going to this Sam’s Club for 10 years now. On 7/18/25 I had a whole different experience. My family and I was at Sam’s after 3pm and one of the employees acted very rude towards me. I wanted to talk to his manager but I decided not to and give him the benefit of doubt, thinking he might just be having a bad day. As we were checking out I noticed two managers or it could have been one manager and a staff standing few feet away from where we were checking out at and the manager kept looking directly at me and the other staff back was facing my direction and she seems to be upset while talking to the store manager. Again they both could have been managers.
I realized every time I looked up the manager was staring at me while I’m checking out. At one point she and I eyes meet because she kept stirring at me while the other staff kept on talking to her who seems to be angry. That’s when I realized the staff that acted rude to me probably went ahead and lied on me. That’s could have been the only reason why the manager or managers were watching me which made me very uncomfortable.
I went ahead and paid for the groceries and left. There was no reason why a manager should be watching me because I have never did nothing and they had little customers at that time. I want to say thank you Sam’s Club i will not be spending my money there anymore since you have proving so many times that you do not like and care about...
Read moreWritten 2 months ago. TODAY: I went to the counter to return a towel I bought as a gift 9 months ago. I saw it in the giftees bathroom and was horrified at the condition! There were loose strings all over it! Like every square inch! She would only give me $6.97 as that is the present price despite what I paid for it. The woman at the counter would NOT give me an even exchange because she could not find it in the system. IT SAYS SAM'S CLUB ON THE TAG! She was going to let me leave furious...I even told her I would be contacting corporate. There was nothing she could do. I started to leave, then turned around and asked for a manager....after a few minutes, she gave me an even exchange (amazing right?) Hopefully this one holds up better than the last as I have given several sets of towels as gifts in the past year. All the towels I've bought there, somehow she could not find one

Read moreI thought this Sam's was going to be a "different" experience because of the location. I was pleasantly surprised. There was lots of parking, no line to get in and no at customer service. I forgot my card and walked right over and immediately was able to be helped. The layout when I walked in is a little different but that jewelry counter was bright an sparkly. The lay out of the store wasn't hard to navigate. There weren't many customers and was able to get one container of wipes. Was able to get everything we needed. I walked right up to self checkout and was quickly done. There was a lady wiping down the carts which made me excited. Because I hate to switch carts at the other location due to pandemic. But just because of this experience I would definitely go back. They now have huge scanners at the exit door. It can scan the whole cart to ensure that your not stealing. There is still a person at the door double checking large orders.
Bonus their food to go snack section is open here. Not at the other location. This made my son so happy for a hot pretzel he couldn't stop expressing himself. Needless to say this trip ended with smiles. Hope...
