My order: Asad's Hot Chicken Slider and Loaded Fries
Location: Bensalem
Pros: Let's just say - the food already looked incredible on social media, but to finally taste it for myself... wow. The food was fantastic: The sandwich was perfectly portioned, and the chicken took front and center which I appreciated. It was juicey, full of flavor and had just the right amount of spice. The sauce was also delicious. Reminded me of a much much higher quality Cane's sauce from Raising Cane's. Fries were crispy despite it being covered in cheese sauce and Asad's sauce. Everything about it was crazy good. Furthermore, as popular as this place got, I don't feel like I had to shell out a small fortune for this meal. I felt that it was fairly priced givin the high quality and amount of food I received.
Cons: This place was BUSY (not necessarily a bad thing if you're the owner) but wait times were longer than what's shown when I ordered online. I was told that I'd have a 30 minute wait that ended up being roughly an hour wait. I was in a good mood so I didn't mind the wait, but I could tell that others in line were simply not having it. My only recommendation is to set people's wait time expectations on the longer side. It's always best to underpromise and over deliver. Especially for HUNGRY customers who are expecting to pick up their food and go about their day.
Also, while the girls running the front were handling things very well up front, I felt like they could've been supported by a better system to both take orders from walk-in customers, and get waiting customers their orders. More of a growing pain thing than anything, but definitely has room for improvement. It felt like it got a little 'dog eat dog' when several people were checking in on their orders, placing orders, etc.
Overall food is outstanding, looks as good as it does on social media, and is definitely worth checking out. But be sure to set expectations that you may be waiting longer for your meal than anticipated. Definitely...
Read moreI have been to the location on Roosevelt BLVD and that location was better even though you have to stand outside. This location is supposed to open at 11 but but it opened closer to 11:15 which was a little annoying. We were the first ones to put in an order and it was so hot in the building that it was miserable. I saw other reviews saying it was hot inside but I figured it was just because it was busy with a lot of people and the kitchen had been going for awhile. That is not the case though considering we were the first one’s there. I would never come back and wait when it’s busy with that heat inside. I understand being hot at the other location since it’s outdoors but not having any air insurance when it’s 90 degrees outside is unacceptable not only for customers but also the employees. We ordered the two chicken sliders with fries combo. I loved the fries last time but this time they were not great. They were not hot which makes no sense since theres no air conditioning and we ate it immediately after getting back to the car. I think the fries were premade and just sitting so that was really disappointing especially since again we were the first ones there. The chicken sandwiches were good. We got extra hot this time because just the hot wasn’t as spicy as we hoped last time. It was good but not as good as the other location. I can’t pinpoint why but maybe I was just in a bad mood about opening late, no air conditioning, and lukewarm fries. I really enjoyed my food at the Roosevelt BLVD location even with the long wait but this time it just wasn’t the same and was not near as good. I’m disappointed because I’ve been begging my fiancée for us to go again but he isn’t pleased with today’s experience either. I would like to try the new Fairmont location that’s opening but after today I’m not sure it will be worth our time. The positives that I have are that this location offered canned sodas which we appreciated. The girls working up front were...

During our recent visit, we decided to indulge in the #2 combo, and boy, were we in for a treat! The perfectly fried chicken, coated in a blend of spices that packs a serious punch, left our taste buds tingling with delight. Complemented by the cheesy goodness of the fries, this dish was a flavor explosion that had us savoring every bite.
But the culinary adventure didn't stop there. We also tried the strawberry shake and the tropical smoothie, both of which were equally delightful. The shake was thick, creamy, and bursting with fresh strawberry flavors, while the smoothie transported us to a tropical paradise with its refreshing blend of exotic fruits.
What truly elevated our experience, however, was the exceptional service provided by the friendly and kind staff. The girls at the front counter were an absolute joy to interact with, making us feel welcomed and appreciated throughout our visit.
