Starbucks — Restaurant in Philadelphia

While my morning started off good until I went to Starbucks The barista (Jasmine) made my drink accidentally spilled some while trying to put the top on so & no it wasn't a whole lot that spilled but for the money you spend you want your whole drink she seemed to have a problem that I asked for a new drink. I asked The other barista (Anna ) her name because her back was to me/she says we're not allowed to give her name which made me baffled because you wear name tag so I went over and asked her a question and that's how I got her name. This Starbucks in roxborough maybe my most visit Starbucks, so I'm very disappointed. Never have I had this experience when it comes to asking for a new drink. -Unhappy guest

Okay so it's been about a week since I visited this Starbucks because of some construction going on there & again I was an unhappy guest with the barista (jasmine) this time she took my order not friendly & I was okay with that but she messed up my order. I NEVER get whip cream & always clear NO WHIP & what happened they put whip cream & they use to make the whole drink over what is going on with Starbucks. Maybe it everyone slow down & not be so fast to dump the leftover drink when they mess up they would be able to top you back off... Again with the money we spend I want all my drink. - pissed...

Without fail, this STARBUCKS location always exceeds my expectations! Whether it’s a welcoming smile from their staff, the checking in when waiting an extra moment for my mobile order(even when I’ve arrived early), or crafting my latte so perfectly every single time, this team is all around the best. As of late, I’ve been stopping at another Starbucks location that will not be named and have had a few instances of cold food, long weights or deflated lattes, sometimes missing espresso, but every single time I get a beverage at the rox location it’s like a little cup of perfection. I look forward to the rare mornings that i leave my house on time and can stop in here instead.

Even in Peak, and when this team is in the weeds, they are delightful and lovely to interact with. Huge shout out to Bella this morning for my cup of happy & to all the rest of you amazing baristas and leaders that have made my drink or my morning in some way over the last few visits.

This starbucks would be perfect if it stopped allowing entitled patrons to bring their animals into the lobby. I am a daily regular and every day there is a dog in the lobby. I have seen the baristas pet animals with aprons on across the counter. I have seen owners with small dogs lean them over other peoples food and drinks as well as the lids. When there are weekend rushes, dogs bark in the lobby and take up floorspace and it is a very hectic and unclean environment. I saw a dog put its paws where everyones drinks were and no one said anything or wiped it down. I have seen a dog jump on other customers and even a poor barista who looked very scared and stressed out by it. Why does the manager not put a stop to this open health hazard? people with severe allergies, phobias, or attack victims exist and deserve to BUY COFFEE AND SPEND THEIR MONEY without being subjected to poorly trained barking, allergens, dandruff and who...
