Starbucks — Restaurant in Philadelphia

We ordered a pickup order with our target order and only revived one drink instead of two when brought to our car. The girl delivering said they just said it was canceled and didn’t tell me why. We went in to order another drink and simply asked why the drink was canceled and can we order something else. We were met with a very confrontational response of, “yea I canceled that for a reason.” When asked what the reason was she said, “we’re out of that”. It took another 2 minutes of asking what she was out of to find out it was just the size coffee cup. The whole interaction was rude and disrespectful for no reason. While we were waiting for our drink the same girl was giving the barista making the drinks, a hard time and yelling at her own coworker for making a drink wrong. Come to find out the girl (who gave us a hard time) put the order in wrong. She seemed like a possible manager and really feel she sets the terrible, unwelcoming tone behind the counter...

Severely disappointed with their customer service. Didn’t know my $5 drink came with a free serving of attitude & disrespect. I haven’t had anything but bad experiences at this location but this encounter really tops it off. I ordered a vanilla bean frap with Carmel on the bottom. The cashier asked if I wanted Carmel syrup. I said sure, not knowing whatsoever there was another option. (Apparently the syrup option is clear) so I asked if my drink had Carmel in it when it was finished being made. The worker at the pickup counter was SO rude to me and treated me like not only I was a complete idiot but also that I was a waste of her precious time. I’m sorry? It’s not my job as a consumer to know all the ins and outs of YOUR job. Especially when I was only given ONE option to begin with. how was I suppose to know I order it wrong ? She could have clarified and TAUGHT me the difference rather than been rude...

I bought a Starbucks whole bean coffee from Costco supermarket. I went to Starbucks shop at 4000 Monument Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19131, which is located in Target Store. I asked the employee(her) to grind my coffee to make French press at home. She told me I did not do this because you bought this coffee from another shop. I said that I had done this many times. But she told me it's due to COVID. I said I did this many times in the COVID period. I didn't just do this now. I had it done many times at other Starbucks shops in Philadelphia and Cleveland, even during COVID. I drove my car to another Starbucks location, and they did my job. They did the same position in another Starbucks store just 10 minutes away from this shop. The rules are valid there but not valid in the other shop here. I think she was only one person working there and she was not want...
