Station Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I understand that it's New years and I'm sure everyone is ordering I ordered at 7:00 it is now 8:15 and I just got a a cheesesteak I called and they said that all of their orders are out that's great I've been waiting to get in the shower because I need to get a shower and get ready for tonight. A tried calling back because I put the money like the tip and a letter on my front door because I need to get ready and showered and no one's answering so I hope the guy sees the money on the door. First and only time I had to do this I wish they just would have told me how long it would have been I wouldn't have ordered! I normally order online and get from station to but since I called over the phone they wouldn't deliver cuz I'm too far so I got the one that's closest to me.

He just came so I handed him the tip my foods cold and I'm running late. I'm on a diet so I can't order again I'm having an off day. Honestly want my money back! I was looking forward to fries so bad? Cold and soggy!

Ok so now this is my third edit. I put the fries in a air fryer and went to eat half the sandwich and the amount of wet whatever is disgusting m I took photos. The bread is so soggy I had to take three paper towels to wipe off the paper and counter so I can wrap up the other half again. I'm just going to eat the meat. I can't eat it tomorrow cause I will be back on my diet. Itlf it survives the night hopefully a family member can eat the other half! So disappointed! I just wanted good food. On...

I had placed an order for a large pizza, 2 orders of fries, 10 bbq wings and broccoli bites. It surprisingly came relatively quick which unfortunately was a not a good sign. I received it and saw that a large pizza is basically considered a small and when asked for well done, you get sloppy and greasy pizza. The brocolli bites didn't even come in with chese to dip with. The worst thing out of all of it was the wings. Instead of receiving 10 bbq wings, I received 10 hot wings not even cooked. They felt so floppy and when i looked closer at them I saw that they weren't even cooked, having pink coloring on them. PINK. The next thing thing I knew is that they have me another order of wings and there was still pink in it. I called them up and had to talk to a manger who wasn't very polite and coming up with excuses that didn't make sense. Saying that it was the sauce and that it's okay to just heat it up in the oven. This begs me to question, but I had ordered bbq wings and the skin was actually pink, not orange or a light brown, pink and that "oh even though we gave you wings that had pink in them its okay that we did, just put them in the oven". I was able to thankfully get a refund but it was a very horrible ordeal and I will certainly not be ordering from there again. I suggest to those who are possibly ordering from here to...

I ordered (2) lg plain pizzas and (2) 2 liter bottles of soda. I also put in the instructions section to please bring cups and plates for (6) people. When the delivery guy got here he handed me (1) 2 liter bottle and (1) 1.25 liter bottle. Then he gave me the pizzas. I said I didn't order a 1.25 liter bottle and he told me that they didn't have any more of that kind. I asked why didn't they call me bc I put my number on the online order form? He didn't know. Then he tried giving me the receipt with the total for (2) pizzas and (2) 2 liters. I said, "No, that's the wrong amount, that's for (2) 2 liters. He pulls out the right receipt and says they took the charge off. And then charged me for a 1.25 liter. I said, "ok now where's the cups and plates?"
