I ordered the #5C - Heart Beat: Orange, beets, and carrots. It was made fresh in front of me as I sat at the counter. The kitchen is very clean and filled with fresh produce and top appliances, Vitamix blenders, panini presses, and juicers. The drink is meant to give you energy: “a significant boost in Vitamin C and antioxidants from oranges and carrots, which supports the immune system and collagen production. Beets are rich in nitrates that improve blood flow and may lower blood pressure, while beta-carotene from carrots supports vision and skin health. The combination of these ingredients offers a powerful nutrient-rich drink that can boost overall health, improve circulation, and provide a natural energy lift.” It was absolutely delicious and fresh!

I was craving a smoothie made with fresh ingredients and came across Stephanie's not too far from East Passyunk. When I walked in the guy behind the counter was making a smoothie for another customer but made sure to greet me since he was the only person there. After checking out the menu I decided to try one of the cold pressed juices instead because I wanted some beet juice. I got the "miracle" without ginger and it was sooo good. I was also surprised at how cheap it was. A little over $6 for a 16 oz of fresh juice and I saw him chop everything and juice it in front of me.

Stephanie’s is a great place for smoothies and juices! Everyone who works there is incredibly kind, and it’s great to have such a lovely mom and pop shop around. Also it looks like they’ll be offering tortas (sandwiches) now! I’m excited to try them. Only complaint is that some of the ikea chairs are super rickety, but it’s clear that the owner has put effort into making the space welcoming. Update: they have tortas now! (2025/07/01)
