Tony Roni's Pizza Roxborough — Restaurant in Philadelphia

If you are in the market for piss poor customer service and jacked up orders.... Come to this place. Tonight 12/6/18 was the first time I have visited this restaurant and will definitely be my last. I was with my son's and we order a bacon and sausage pizza and was handed a pepperoni and sausage. First Toni Ronis didnt have any medium pizzas so I had to upsize to the large which I didnt want bc it was just too much pizza. At any rate I let the server know this was not what we ordered and he got the manager to talk to me. He came out with this cocky, I dont care attitude as if it was my fault. I explained to him that my order was wrong. He says " well what do you want me to do?" I said I dont know, the order is wrong sir. Instead of apologizing and snatches the pizza off the table and says, " I'll make you another one." I went to explain to him that I didnt have the time for another pizza to be made. I asked for a refund so I could somewhere else. He then goes on to say, with an attitude that made me feel pressured, "Hey look Im trying to help you out!" I said said sir just help me out by giving me a full refund. This guy was NOT the example of a good customer manager. All this happened in front of my son's and they were not happy. So my stars are based on the food because the food is amazing. If I could rate the counter girls it would be a one star. I barely want to come back because of the snobby attitudes they always have esp the shorter blonde hair girl that looks miserable everytime you come in. The conversations they have as your sitting in the booth is so unprofessional . Coming from someone who worked there for almost 4-5years I would never talk about my boss and or managers in a disrespectful way in front of everyone that can hear you! Not only that last time I order I asked to cut fries and up charge for something else and they completely didn’t up charge but made me pay for a whole order of something else so I got a wing platter and burger for 30 something dollars instead of saying we do not do up charges anymore and or saying hey we can’t do that. Been going here since 2008. The entire YMCA used to go here we loved their pizza (bbq and buffalo). And had since became a family favorite. the pizza is not good anymore. The recipe must have changed and I noticed the old crew was not in there anymore. I’m so disappointed. If youn were an original Tony Rony lover you know what I’m talking about, the recipe and or ingredients are different. It’s not a juices, the cheese isn’t whamming, and the chicken tastes like pre cooked chicken out of a bag. My entire family even my 5 year old noticed the difference.
