Worst Wendy's experience of my life. In California, I never have issues. Here, it was quite different. This place is a circus. First, I had an app coupon for free baconator fries with any premium combo. I ordered a Dave's double combo, no onions no mayo, had to repeat it a few times because she was confused, I assumed she was new. She then wanted to know which drink I wanted, I said a small Coke, she asked again so I let her know again. Then I showed her the coupon and she didn't know what to do, so someone helped her, it still wasn't working. They ended up just discounting the amount for the fries, but I noticed my regular fries from the combo weren't in the bag. I looked at the receipt and she charged everything individually, so that's why the coupon didn't work, it had to be a combo. I asked her if she was new, she said no. Then the Coke at the machine was flat, I replaced it with orange Fanta and it came out red, I decided to change it for a lemonade behind the counter. She was gonna put it in the cup with Fanta so another employee stopped her and said never to mix drinks on tap with the lemonade, she ignored her and looked uninterested. I am writing to report my disappointing experience at Wendy's on Oregon Avenue. Unfortunately, I witnessed and personally encountered unacceptable behavior from the female employees, particularly those who identify as Black.

During my visit, I was treated with disrespect and a lack of kindness. The employee who served me was hasty, aggressive, arrogant, and rude. Her attitude was unacceptable, and she spoke to me with anger, as if I had done something wrong.

I have also observed that the employees, especially the Black female staff, display a nasty attitude towards customers from diverse backgrounds, including legal immigrants who have become U.S. citizens. They fail to treat people with dignity and respect, often speaking with an attitude that makes customers feel unwelcome.
