This review probably doesn't matter, but today, I visited wendys to pick up some lunch with my mom. As I was ordering, it was very rushed. I ordered one thing, and the lady told me to go away and pull up to the window right away. I then told her I was not finished. I continued my order, and with that, I ordered a junior frosty for using my 2025 key tag. I wasn't even able to tell her what flavor I wanted, and she told me to "just pull up, and we will figure it out." So I do. I pulled up and was immediately rushed. I wanted to try the new Thin Mint flavor, and she told me I couldn't with the key tag, so I asked if I could order it, and she said yes. I also asked if I could get the free junior frosty as well. As I'm waiting, another employee hands us our food. The original lady hands us our junior frosty and leaves. We are waiting, and no one comes until the other employee asks what we want. I say the thin mint small frosty. Then the lady comes and says that "we are holding up her line and need to go around." I said no and just left. She rushed us while we ordered, and we weren't even able to order correctly. Maybe don't rush us when ordering, and there won't be issues at the window? Very rude and...
Read moreI really would like an answer/response to a question? Does the biggie bag only come medium or large at this wendys? Normally when I go to wendys they ask if I want it medium or large but they ask in a way that would make most assume that it only comes medium or large and unless you know better you would just get medium or large. I usually ask them why they do that, and they all say the same thing. They make us do it that way. This is a pitiful business practice. But at this wendys they just rung it up medium from the start. When i asked about it, i was told it only comes medium or large. Nothing like that happens to me at any other fast food place. Kinda embarrassing that that's what it takes for y'all to keep up. The funny thing is that I usually want it medium, but when they do that, it makes me feel like I'm being taken advantage of, so I just get it small. Of course I was also handed the usual full cup of ice with a splash of soda, which i handed back to them cause i asked for a little bit of ice after hearing the man attempt to scoop all the ice in the wendys into my cup. Read moreI went through drive thru and was asked by employee if I had the Wendy's app on my phone because he could scan it and give me a discount or rewards. When I pulled up to the window I had my app opened to the QR code for him to scan and I held it out for him to do so. He took the phone from my hands and took it inside with him. I watched him hit different keys on my phone without telling me what he was doing. He handed the phone back with the same screen opened as when he took it from me. I made a comment to my husband that I didn't like the fact that he took my phone and was pushing all kinds of buttons on my phone. I checked my Wendy's app and it shows no rewards and I received no discount!! I went to go on Facebook the next day and was signed out and it kept telling me that my sign in was wrong and that ut was the wrong device for my account. Also, any app that was connected to Facebook was logged out. My daughter is a manager of a bank and told me to watch my credit cards because he could have copied those.
