Winning Ridge Ale House — Restaurant in Philipsburg

We enjoyed an absolutely incredible dinner at The Winning Ridge last night. We kicked things off with the appetizer special—perfectly cooked asparagus topped with bacon compound butter and crispy shallots—and I’m so glad we didn’t pass it up. The combination of flavors was rich and perfectly balanced.

For our entrées, we chose the halibut and the ribeye. While our meals at The Winning Ridge are consistently outstanding, last night’s dinner truly surpassed expectations. Everything was cooked to perfection, and we left feeling completely satisfied.

My family & I stumbled across this incredible bar/steakhouse in a quant little town. I must say the food was absolutely amazing & the service was perfect. I always enjoy a nice glass of wine but their selection was top notch. I had a hard time picking out what I wanted to eat because everything sounded so good. I chose the scallops with the lemon risotto rice & a side salad. 5 stars does not even express how delighted I was. My husband got the prime rib and it was cooked to perfection. Stopped in for lunch on a day trip with the family. We understood it was going to be slow due to being shortstaffed. Didn't mind the wait since it was a very relaxed environment, the waitress was very kind, and the beer and wine selection was good. Waited about an hour for our food. Food was well below expectation. Burgers were charred, dry, and had almost no flavor. My wife couldn't actually finish hers. The waitress was very kind and offered to take my wife's burger off the ticket.
