Arby's — Restaurant in Phoenix

This is the WORST Arby's location that I have ever ordered from! I don't order takeout often due to being disabled & having budget restrictions. When I do get takeout love the beef-n-chedder sandwich from Arby's it's been a favorite of mine since it came out in the late 70's when it's fixed correctly. However at this location that just doesn't happen. Literally EVERY TIME my son walks there to get me something from this Arby's they either mess up my order by leaving items out, putting the wrong items or leaving things off of the sandwiches; for example the beef-n- cheddar without the cheddar sauce. I didn't think it could get worse...I was wrong. As per usual before having my walk back to the restaurant to get my order fixed, I call 1st to make sure they are willing to correct whatever was wrong. However this time they are refusing to answer the phone! And I don't say this lighty. I understand that places likthis get busy so they can't answer every time a call come in & it can often take calling several time to get to speak with someone. But at this point it's just ridiculous I have called 96 times so far! It's been a mix of them either letting the phone continue to ring until it a recording comes on (10 rings)saying, "Hello, your call cannot be taken at this moment & you cannot leave a messag so, please call later" or them letting it ring 2 or 3 times then...

Went to this Arby’s for the first time. The drive thru was empty nobody at the store. After i pulled to the window the nice employee came to the window and politely asked me to come inside the store. However, the store is located on a very busy high traffic street and it was 5:30 rush hour time. Also… there is only ONE WAY TO ENTER THE PARKING LOT BUT ONCE YOU enter the drive thru you can only exit into the street and would have to do a U TURN in the busy traffic to come back into the parking lot.

So the employee asked me to come inside and I asked why and she said i don’t know my manager asked me to tell you. So i advised since there was no one in line waiting i will wait here at the window. She said ok no problem and closed the window. 10 seconds later the manager slide the window door over very aggressively and yell at me and said “Can you move out of my drive thru and pull around?” I asked why and he said “cause we are still working on the order” I advised I’m not moving from the window for obvious reasons 1. No one else was ordering 2. The drive thru exits directly into the busy street and 3 FOR WHAT? So the manager said well you can cancel the order cause it’s not ready. Then he slammed the window closed and walked off.. So i canceled the order and left! WTH IS THAT...

I went to the drive-thru I ordered the special of the two crispy fish sandwiches I did ask them to please make them fresh and light lettuce extra tartar when I got to the window I waited for a few minutes they came they got my debit card and charge me I asked about something else and he says well I need you to move because we're on a timer and I don't want the timer to go over if that's the way you treat your customers then you need to get out of that business if a timer is more important than the quality of my food or my order it is wrong I got down the street I pulled out my sandwich and it was ice cold I didn't have time to turn around and go back so I tried calling it rings and rings and rings and nobody ever answers the phone I will not be going back there if I ask you for something fresh give it to me fresh if it has to do with your timer have me move up but do not substitute the quality of my food for your timer that is not...
