Do not go here unless you are miserable, contemplating self-harm and just want to feel good about your life because I guarantee the only people more miserable than you right now are these kids.
I started coming here in August when I moved to a new place just a couple of miles away. I was so excited that I lived near an Arbyās because they have some of the best mozzarella sticks. That is the ONLY good thing I can say about this location.
These kids NEVER smile unless they are horsing around with each other inside. Every time I have visited this place, they all act like they are inconvenienced to have to help their customers. Thereās never a āHi! How are you tonight?ā or āWhat sauces would you like with this?ā or āThank you; have a great night!ā Itās always, āPull up to the side and theyāll bring it out when itās doneā as they close the window in your face.
And donāt get me started on the whole āpull upā thing. The pudgy girl with the dark hair⦠is she a manager? A shift leader? Who is she? Because she doesnāt listen to anything. And every time they have me pull up, they bring the food out with NONE of the sauces I ask for and the food is almost always old and gross. Just tonight, I ordered the Mac and Cheese Balls and Jalapeno Poppers and I guarantee they gave me food that had been sitting there for a while and then dropped into the fryer again for a few seconds before bagging them. The Mac and Cheese balls tasted burnt.
Iāve decided that I am not going back to this location for a while. Iām going to hope that management is reading these reviews and actually does something to improve the quality of food and service at this store. I understand this is fast food. But itās also supposed to be convenient. And when I choose to patronize your business and spend my money with you and I get bad service from kids who are only there for the paycheck and food that is worse than I can get from Circle K⦠itās not very convenient.

I ordered a sandwich and small drink which cost $10 however there is still no salad offered, only deep fried options for a side item. In addition the online app cannot be used for any discounrs or coupons in the store unlike other restaurants which do allow discounts through their app. Speed of service was exceptionally slow for just one sandwich. I used to visit Arby's regularly however now once a year is really too often since they offer nothing that is as beneficial to the customer as other restaurants. It's also clear that management does not read the reviews and even attempt to address customer concerns.
Update 9.2.2024. I am glad the Turkey bacon club is back, but discontinuing all salads so the only side item options are deep fried is a bad move. Im afraid I won't be back if there are no healthier options. Also, I realize prices are up, but the price to value is not as good as it should be.
This WAS one of the few places I can buy lunch and sit down and eat. They spaced out tables and kept them clean. That is no more. They have now shut out dine in customers completely. Since I actually live some distance away from this location I called the store and explained the situation and only at that time was I notified that their au ju machine wasnt working and that they didnt have any au ju sauce at all. I was given the option of going there tomorrow and getting two (2) new sandwiches if I wanted them. I then asked if they would have the au ju sauce tomorrow to which they said No. When I told the girl that I already have two (2) sandwiches with no sauce so what good is it going to do me to get two more sandwiches with no sauce. And the girl didnt have anything else to say or offer other than, "Yeah, Um, what would you like me to do"?
