ABC Cake Decorating Supplies — Local services in Phoenix

First time shopping here. Great selection. Purchased my items, only to get home 45 miles away to discover that the fondant mat I purchased to complete an order for the next day, was not in my bag. I called 2 minutes prior to closing and someone picked up and hung up. I called the next morning and spoke to Sabrina, who after leaving me on hold for 12 minutes, told me they could ship the item to me at my expense, or issue a store credit. Due to the fact that I'm not at fault, I told her I wanted a refund or the item shipped to me free of charge for the inconveniences. After all I was unable to complete my order and I do live multiple cities away. Sabrina was abrasive and argumentative and rudely suggested that it was my fault that the cashier failed to place my item in my bag. Apparently, as the customer, I am also responsible for bagging and verifying my items, not the staff employed there. I have never felt more disappointed and disrespected as a consumer in my life. In honestly shocked by me to have blame placed on me. I am now supposedly awaiting the owner to call me tomorrow. At this point there is nothing to talk about except for a full refund! Wow! They are rude and lazy. Sad to see others agree on this. I have gone and got custom prints on edible paper before but some ladies will just not want too or don't know how and tell you to pick from the book. (You can call and ask and they will say they can but obviously no trade mark stuff). (I over heard a coworker asked why they did not want to do the custom print and the response was because they just did not want too and it would take so much time to do.) It will just depend on who you interact with. They are not afraid to talk ill about you literal a few feet away (like they want you to hear). I did not want to deal with them so just bought what I need and left. They act Entitled and snobbish. I recommend getting your stuff from Amazon it will be cheaper, better quality, and better service, only go if it is an Emergency!!! I also recommend little interaction, they get irritated fast.
