The worst location in the state of Arizona. Maybe in the entire chain of bk's worldwide. I pulled up n place my order. The lady is super sweet. There's nobody behind me in line and it's 10 am and Im with my kid. As soon as I pull up to the window I'm asked to go park out front IN THE SUN IN ARIZONA. I simply said "mam I have a kid in the car and sitting in the sun instead of the shade is out of the question. There's nobody behind me and I'm in no rush." Next thing I know a manager slams the window open while very aggressively asking why I refused to park up front so I restate what I said to the other employee and get the window slammed I'm my face. I receive my order which was basically thrown at me through the window and then slammed again, so me being me I parked to double check my order. They forgot my onion rings. So I go inside and the manager that slammed the window twice in my face asked the drive thru girl if she rang in my onion rings and I heard her specifically say "he did order them but I forgot to ring them in" Said manager then returns and said "she didn't charge you for them so have a good day." I said"no, I ordered them and just heard her say she forgot to ring them in. This is on you guys at this point and I'd.like the food ordered." Said manager rolls her eyes then walks to the back and tells another manager "I'm so f*end done with people today ESPECIALLY this guy that now wants free stuff." I got.my onion rings that were probably cooked for half the time because when I got home they were still frozen. At 10:50am 6/3/23, I placed a drive-thru order. I pulled around to the window. I could see 5 employees standing at the expedition station but no one came to the window to collect the money and said, "Your order will be ready in minute."
I sat their for 7 minutes. Then I blew my horn. An older employee (female, 60 years old, blonde hair), looked at me then continued standing at her station. I continued to wait and then blew my horn again. This time the "General manager" came to the window. His name is Chase.
I explained that I had been waiting at the window for 8 minutes and no one EVER came to the window. Chase explained, "we have a lot of new people." The "new" person who is working the drive-thru is too "new" to actually WORK the drive-thru window? This "new" person has to mill around the restaurant and NOT greet the customer in the drive-thru? The 60 year old woman who clearly saw me at the window, heard my car horn but continued to ignore me doesn't have common sense to simply come to the window and say, "someone will be right with you"?
Chase concluded, "I hope you come back." Chase and his "new crew" gave me no reason to come back. He never offered to make it right. He could have offered a free meal as a gesture of courtesy and acknowledgment the poor service I experienced.
I won't be going back to that location. I told all my friends and family about my experience and they won't be going...
Read moreI am pretty disappointed in this Burger King in particular. I live right down the street so this is my regular location I go to, however I feel driving further to a different one at this point will be better. These last couple times I have went to order from there for me and my family the employees are absolutely rude!!! Essentially the manager tonight. So I got to the drive thru, as I order this person who is taking my order has this type of voice that I knew she was going to be rude, I go to the window and I have to transfer funds in my account really quick on my app on my phone so my card won't decline, when I handed her my card she snatches it out of my hand.. I pay and when she hands me my food I ask can I please get three ranches and she slams things around to put the ranch in my bag; then opens the window and slams the bag with my food in it in my hands! And slams the window. I wait there and when she opens the window I asked to speak to a manager because of the attitude she gave me.. She says as she rolls her head "I am the manager".. So I said "ok I don't like how you just treated me as a customer I don't appreciate it" and she says "ok anything else?" What kind of customer service is that??? No smiles no thank you have a great day... Nothing not even a sorry when I confronted her.. Nothing. I'm not one to put a review under any restaurant but this really mad me upset.
