KFC — Restaurant in Phoenix

this was the worst kfc ive been too. I went to get a 26 piece family meal. the person taking my order was attentive up until the drink order. he had me repeat 3 times (when I rolled up I saw his boss talking to him) which was annoying. he did repeat my order correctly which is why im confused as to why I got the wrong food.

they did let me know if only having legs and thighs would be oke and the guy did have to see if they even had 16 pieces of chicken to give me. 6 pm and they are acting like they ran out of chicken is crazy.

I get my food after being told to pull around front as they are waiting on the sides after 10 minutes. I finally get home and my order is somewhat wrong. I asked for four mashed potatoes and gravy and one side of Mac and cheese. they gave me two mashed with no gravy, two Mac and cheese with fries.

after we got home with the new food, the chicken looked awful, it was dry and the skin was shredded and hanging off. the soda was flat, the Mac and cheese was cold and didn't taste good, the biscuits were hard and cold, the mashed potatoes were oke but not like they should be. everything was basically stale and olde.

after another 12 minute drive I go back to get my order right and in the process two other people came in with orders wrong. they ignored the gentleman next to me even though he called out to them several times.

I feel for the workers being young and they desperately need more training and team work skills but this place is completely incompetent to say the least. who ever runs this joint above the manager needs to go in and retrain everyone. no one was communicating with each other and quiet outside of the guy taking drive through orders and employees who had to talk to customers in the lobby.

while this place is closer to my home ill not be returning. this was certainly not worth 63$ and I'd love to talk to corporate or the...

The young man that took our order was very challenging to deal with. We ordered 12 piece family bucket. He didn't get our sides and told us to pull forward. I kept asking do you need our sides. He repeated yes it comes with 3. I asked what 3? My boyfriend intercede and says "You didn't ask what sides we want." He finally gets our sides.

We get to the front and he's just all over the place and not answering our questions. The manager comes and explains they have no half gallon buckets for the tea and gives us two large. My boyfriend does some math and says that they didn't add up to half a gallon in ounces.

The manager seemed super annoyed that we were asking questions. We usually can get three cups of tea for the three of us out of a bag and it just didn't add up. But she swore it took two large to fill it up.

They never gave us a receipt and the young boy says "We can't get your recipt until after the next person can you move up?" I said yes but my boyfriend was checking the bag to make sure everything was in there still. The manager comes up annoyed and says "We can't pull your receipt until we close out the next order. Can you pull up to the front and we'll bring it out?" I again was still waiting on my boyfriend. So we pull up and sure enough the fries are half full.

I then had to get out of my car and walk in but if she had waited two more seconds I wouldn't have had to.

I worked fast food and I'm the last one to try and make a workers job hard but they were just really rude and short with us. And that boy needs better training. How do you not get our sides?
