What a great experience! I was looking for a small mom and pop type jeweler to assist me with a custom order and found Kenz Jewler. When I first walked through the door, there was a positive and comforting energy to their establishment. Upon the first interaction, I felt valued as they took the time to answer my abundance of questions, and provided options for what I was looking for, that I didn’t even knew I had. Moreover, they went well out of their way to assist me in finding the perfect solution for my query. I am proud to say that this establishment has earned my business and support for many years to come. Thank you Kenz jewelers for your attentiveness, eye for detail, and outstanding customer service. The owner Nelson is a GEM!! Such a talented jeweler!! I wish I had taken before pictures because the transformation he did on my Mom's damaged engagement and wedding rings is just top notch. They are a Black Hills gold patterned set that had to be cut when her fingers swelled during her pregnancy with me. She never wanted to spend the money to repair them or risk someone messing up their one-of-a kind Black Hills gold design. For my parents' 40th anniversary we decided to upgrade the diamond and do the repair. Wow - you can't even tell they were cut and the new setting and diamond are solid. Sized exactly how we measured and right on his estimate, which was very reasonable. He also fixed another small Black Hills gold ring that she broke in 2 places - both repairs well within the promised time frame. Got my sister‘s 18 karat gold bracelet. Repaired went in on a Sunday, but Google had a small fluke with their hours Google said they were open, but turns out they were closed, When I pulled up, the store was closed but Nelson I would assume the owner saw me standing outside and he pulled me in helped me out a lot. Got me on a fantastic price for the repairs and upon pick up they cleaned it and it looks brand new like it never broke I’m absolutely amazed. It’s hard to find good jewelry repair stores, but this place is definitely the top 1 I would highly recommend this place for repairs Nelson, and the other employee was very nice and helpful.
