Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Phoenix

Usually I don't leave reviews but I will not stand for the disrespect that this place gives out I didn't know I couldn't spend $100 bill here that they don't take hundred dollar bills so a little girl comes up I asked to speak to a manager she tells me she's busy that's why she's up at the front said okay didn't ask that I asked to speak to a manager so what she's busy it's going to take a minute once again never asked how long it was going to take none of that so I left to go get change came back the managers in the front she asked me how am I doing I said I was doing great until I had to deal with your employee that had a bad attitude before you she said what's going on I said I asked to speak to a manager and she told me you were busy the manager turns around and says while I was I said still you don't tell your customers that a manager is busy if somebody asks to speak to a manager it should be please wait a minute I will get her or him I asked who else I can speak to besides her she says no one I said who's her boss she said she couldn't give me that information she said she would go to the back and look up a franchise phone number stood there for 15 minutes she never came back out had somebody else help me which didn't know of anything that was going on if this is the level of disrespect that you guys are going to give your customers I will make it a point to make sure none of my family or friends go to your...

I probably would not have posted a public review but after answering the survey that I was emailed was I was auto directed here.. The food and I use the term loosely , that we picked up last night was absolutely atrocious. Honestly, I think that I am being quite generous with my description. The pizza was overcooked- yet cold. Looked awful but somehow tasted worse. We ordered 2 pizzas a Supreme and the big NY special and they were both god awful. They looked as though they had been sitting around all night because someone ordered them but never picked them up. Maybe they threw them back in the oven when I foolishly placed my order which is how they ended up over cooked and dried out . We did place the order late in the evening because we had gotten hung up at work, got home late. We were hungry and did not want to cook. BIG MISTAKE. Next time I will just force myself to get up and cook or get a frozen pizza from the grocery store because I know it would have tasted far better and cost far less. I am sorry to leave such a poor review but hoping to save anyone else the same experience. Incidentally, I only left one star because there is no option to leave zero . Pizza hut ...do better although , I won't place an order here again...

I accidentally gave the wrong address at work so I got a phone call letting me know and fixed it with them. I tipped the delivery guy 5 bucks for an 11 dollar Order because the driver called and said he was lost and I realized that the numbers got mixed up on the address and he has been so quick about it. My pizza wasn't supposed to be here until an hour later so I was stoked. I open my pizza and it is purposefully botched. Eight slices some really tiny no sauce on most of my pizza and cheese only on select slices. Now I wish I wouldn't have tipped so high it should have been .50 cents. But it probably wasn't his fault maybe the one who called to tell me my address didn't go through correctly since they hung up on me because I said I work at a group home and it's a business but the home of my clients and not my residence. You never know the heart of your customer so I wish they would have made the tip at least worth it. I shouldn't have to worry about the quality of my food because of a mistake. I was...
