Discrimination against disabled people and families who speak differently. Wrong food and sauces, missing sauces, missing food, wet food, rude discriminatory behavior from lazy people. My kids and I rode with my neighbor to run errands and went through the drive thru on the way home. My neighbor ordered because she was driving but we asked several times to make a separate order because two separate families were riding together and I’m having a hard time walking with a walker. She told the man we needed separate orders and he kept saying he couldn’t understand what we were saying, we drove around to the window after and waited several minutes before they opened the window while rain came in the car window. The man refused to do a separate order for me and my family, and demanded that come inside to do a walk in order. My neighbor again told him that yes he needs to do a separate order and that I cannot walk. I told him look in the back you can see my walker. He said then that the real reason was that there’s 5 cars stacked up behind us. I told him that if he had just let us do our 2 orders to begin with, those people weren’t even there. I had to shout to be heard because I was far from the driver’s side window. Finally he agreed to add my order to my neighbors order. I ended up paying her cash and she covered the cost on her card. I ordered a couple 8 piece nuggets with ranch for my kids, a 3 piece egg roll with sweet n sour sauce, and a large curly fries to share, also with ranch. They had us pull around and sit. We sat in the #1 waiting spot for a while, and they took several minutes to serve the rest of the cars that were in line before someone finally appeared and had 2 large bags, saying this one is the first order with the combos and this is the other order with the egg rolls. We drove home and got groceries unloaded and put away and my neighbor left to go home and I opened our bag to find 2 egg rolls in a carton, 2 chicken nuggets in a carton, and 8 chicken nuggets in a carton, plus a TON of hot sauce and ketchup packets and a big wet hole in the the bottom corner. The bag got wet when being brought out in the rain and it was like they set in soda so missing the egg roll and 5 nuggets fell out fell out of the bag and were on the ground near the front door. The large curly fries are missing and were never there; The hole wasn’t big enough for them to fall out. My neighbor showed me her still-full bag with her combo. I tried calling but the store number rang several times and went to voicemail and I left a message. I rarely travel to the area and I don’t see myself riding anywhere close in the near future. What little part of the order they go right, was kinda meh. The nuggets were like tiny thin sponges. The eggrolls were soggy with grease. Steer clear of this place. They don’t want to work the drive thru when it’s raining or make trips to bring your food out in the rain. If you have a hard time with mobility, they’ll turn their noses up at you. If you have an accent like my neighbor, they’ll simply ignore what you are saying and blame you and look to talk to others to fill their order quotas. Read moreI came in for a simple iced coffee. I usually go through the drive thru but today I went inside. There was 1 person in the drive thru getting served. Upon me entering, i was greeted by NOBODY. There were 3 employees. 2 in the kitchen and 1 on drive thru. A caucasian male, blonde hair, glasses and extremely tight jeans was working the drive thru and 2 latino individuals in the kitchen. One male, one female. I stood in the lobby by the registers for about 5 mins before someone came up to take my order.
The caucasian male finally came up to take my order. Didnt greet me and just stood there looking at me as if he was waiting for me to say something. I calmly shrugged my shoulders and walked out empty handed.
As a General Manager for another restaurant, this level of customer service is completely uncalled for. We are in the service industry and I expect at the very least to be treated as a human being.
Jack In The Box needs to re-evaluate the type of people they choose to represent their brand. Unfortunately I will no longer return to...
Read moreI went here in the middle of the night so I cut them some slack but when I pulled into the drive thru I was told their computer system was down and after what felt like an interrogation, I was told it would be back up in 20-30 mins. Being the only place open for miles, I decided to wait. After 35 minutes of browsing YouTube, I pulled back into the drive thru and was excited to finally eat after forgetting to and having to work a long shift at my restaurant while starving. That was until the guy on the intercom came on and said "our computer system is down and won't be back up for 20-30 minutes". Thankfully I was so dumbstruck and feeling like I was experiencing a glitch in the matrix, I pulled away before losing my cool on some poor guy who's night isn't going any better than my own. So plz be mindful of telling that same thing to the same person who just sat outfront for over half an hour expecting your problem to be fixed, next guy may not have the cool...
