The customer service is amazing. It’s always the same guy helping you, he’s very polite and answers questions without getting annoyed so that’s nice. However, the actual food was alright. When first observing the meal I thought it looked great plus I loved the chimis and tacos because they were fried. Except the tamales, enchiladas, rice and beans. They really let me down. They just had no salt or any type of spice. The sauce especially was really bland and I was serving the food for our Christmas party. It was disappointing because there was 60 people eating and every single one was using tapatio or red hot I have available in our break room. I paid for extra sauces but they went unused. It’s really sad because I had high expectations for this place due to the reviews. Carmen's tamales is fantastic. Their food is delicious, and always on time. I've been tasked to order catering for many people frequently and I've been burned by other places. The 'feeds 10 people' recommendations are spot on and always feed more than the quantity listed, so you don't have to worry if you ordered enough.

When I call, someone always answers, and they're so kind and ask questions to understand. They text me when they're 5 minutes away which provides me piece of mind to know that I wasn't forgotten about. They made MASSIVE accommodations for me when I was given short notice to feed 100 people, at 6AM. We are from New Mexico originally, and we are very particular about the spice in our Mexican food. I ordered Carmen's for Christmas hosting. I asked them to make the red enchiladas spicier for us and they came through. They were fabulous! We also ordered various tamales and a taquito platter with beans and rice. Everything was delicious. Although, the red pork tamales were not a favorite, we loved the green chile corn and cheese tamales. I could not be happier with the food and the service.
