After shopping at Walmart I went Charles Philly steak with my significant other and it was unprofessional the employees except for the one working as cashier and taking orders were in a huddle and talking a instead of cooking the food and getting orders pushed out as fast as possible. I was number 31 and it took about 30 minutes for them give me the food and when I did my fries were soggy and the bread was hard. It was my first time going to Charles Philly steak and that is the worst place to go for a first time client . It wasn’t just me but the other people that were waiting for their order and were all frustrated because we can see in the kitchen that they were just talking laughing and having conversations instead of making our food management needs to hire those who are willing to work and get stuff done and who act professional when they are at work. Read moreThe ONLY REASON Why I DID NOT Rate my experience as a 1 is because of the female cashier I had. *On my receipt the name said Deshawn, I'm hoping that was her name. I was with my children and she could see that I was stressed from dealing with my toddler niece and my young son. She was patient with me and was so welcoming with her positive energy. HOWEVER, Some manager NAMED TONY (I'm assuming he was a manager because he had on a gray button collar shirt NO NAME TAG), I ASKED AN EMPLOYEE WHAT THE GUYS NAME WAS, he came up to the cashier and shoved her to the side. He began taking my order rolling his eyes, tapping his fingers and rushing me.. EXTREMELY RUDE!
