Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Phoenix

Wow… what indifference towards customer service! I’ve always loved the food, atmosphere and staff at Chick-fil-a. But as time goes on you distinguish yourselves from your competition with outdated and inconvenient policies. You’ve got a line of loyal customers WAITING all around the building… and customers driving off… while you sit there with a perfectly good CLOSED dining room. You’re losing a lot of business… but more importantly, you’re inconveniencing people! You close the restaurant and “especially” the drive thru way TOO early. *Drive thru only after 9pm is foolish, results in massive loss of profits, and damages customer goodwill. Uh… maybe get a clue and open the doors?! It’s only 9pm and I’d like to wash my hands, go to the bathroom and sit down to eat my meal. But not an option! So I did what many of your other former customers do. I drove to a nearby Raising Canes where they’re open until 1am… AND they keep the dining room open! BTW, they’re also open Sundays. It’s your business so you can certainly run it as you please and your customers can take it or leave it. But please consider that you could raise the bar and improve the experience for those you...

Chicken this, chicken that, chicken over there, Nah chicken here! You're going to WHAT? Dill pickles? That's crazy talk... You know this isn't bad, you might be onto something. You've got to get this chicken and pickle sandwich to the people man, people need to know!

What was that? I couldn't hear you I'm in my happy place with every bite of this delicious sandwich. The pickle snaps when you bite into it, just as it should. Chickens cooked so well and this bun it's so fresh. What's that you say? Spicy too!

Sir, that will be $3, and you're at a Chick-fil-A, just one of many of our locations across the valley. And we do want everyone to enjoy a tasty chicken sandwich grilled or fried as you are doing but I will need you to pay for your sandwich so we can help others behind you. You can sit anywhere you would like and we will bring your spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles to you, for you to enjoy while sitting down. Oh, SNAP! I'm in a restaurant. Be honest with me, did I do anything odd or embarrassing up to this point? No sir you just enjoy a good chicken sandwich every now and then.

FLY IN MY TOMATO This is the number one Chick fil a that I go to in AZ since I work across the street. I literally go almost every week..I know I need a better diet. All my co-workers come here and all of the connecting business tied to my location. I am only giving a 1 star bc it won’t allow me to write a review without a star. I just left the drive thru and arrived back at work. Thank God I pray before I eat or I might have split this fly in my meal in half. SOOOOO DISGUSTINGLY GROSS!! I FaceTimed my wife immediately like “look at this” she said go back. I said all they’ll do is give me a free sandwich..I’m good. I will never eat here again and I will show this @ work and to those part of the connecting company as well. As a manager I have access to all of the employees here. This is unacceptable. I am a Red Member on the app. Never eating here again. I might post this a time or two more and place duplicate on it. I know this is horrible publicity for the company but it’s something that should never happen nor be ignored. Please don’t let it happen again for someone...
