Worst eating experience I've had in a long time. Got a to-go order that we called in, they said 10-15 minutes because they weren't busy at all. I got there and the place was in fact pretty empty. I had their offer where you get free chips and salsa, the same one that says on their website you get it every visit. The lady and the manager could not figure out how to give me the chips for free, to the point I just asked them to skip the chips. I just wanted them off my order so I could get my food and go. So the manager swipes her card and takes them off.... from my experience working in food when I was young, that same card can definitely lower the price or take the cost off something completely but it was just chips and salsa so let's move on and get my food. Even though I showed up 20 minutes after my order was taken it wasn't ready, no biggie it's 5 minutes I get it. Well she goes to check our little cubby for our food and my fajita is there just not my wife's trio appetizer that all just gets dropped in a frier for five minutes and is ready. Many many other customers came and went with their orders, others who ordered and their food wasn't ready were told they could wait in the car and they'd bring it out. I asked if I could do this 25 minutes after my order was taken. She said its almost out just one minute, so i stayed. Well skip ahead to 43 minutes after my order was taken (28 minutes after the promised time on the bag) and I finally got all my food, I mentioned that my fajita had been sitting there quite awhile and she promised that the area it sits in (on a rack meant for a garage) was heated so it should be okay. Well I get home, which is 3 minutes away,I couldn't live closer and my fajita is predictably ice cold. I completely understand that taking an order to go means my meal isn't going to steam out of the oven but this wasn't that. Read moreI left my vape at this location which is 2 minutes from home when I realized I called within 5 minutes provided table # and have receipt! Manager came on phone asks confirmed she obtained my vape. I asked if I can get next day due to still working and tired, only 3 to 5 minutes from my door to there's and she confirmed this is fine. Didn't get her name, my fault! Called Saturday, next day have phone records of all calls and manager stacy states she can't find and will call managers to find out where vape is per day before manager. I called confirmed vape was found and obtained by manager working ast 454 pm Friday, 3/6, can't be that hard to determine who was working at that time, regardless if I didn't get name, SHE confirmed she had found within me finalizing my receipts time stamped within 5 min if leaving that establishment! Where's my vape, and stacy continuously saying maybe someone threw it away! It's a large, metal vape, how would it get thrown away? How's this chili's going to make this right? I will ne there tomorrow to find out, stay turned! Finally did server take my vape because her tip wasn't what she wanted?

Read moreI have been coming to this location for roughly about a year. I’ve been serviced by pretty much every single server within the restaurant. This location conveniently has tesla chargers, so normally I’ll charge while I eat most of the time I have to disconnect my car from the charging station area mid Meal. By the server that I’ll be back and come right back with my vehicle, I have been doing this for over a year. Sadly enough I will never be coming back to this location because an individual name Jaime rudely stated that I did not pay my bill from the evening prior to the night of today. There was a system error on the tablet because I paid for my bill I’ve been coming to this location for over a year today Jaime their new supervisor comes up and says hey, you didn’t pay for your bill is monotone and the way he came at me was extremely disrespectful. He then continue to argue with me about the situation, he likes leader ship skills and needs to be revoked from his current position . There was another server doing bar that felt attention all the way from across the room . Ruffino, the other server asked me what had happened because he had heard the way Jaime was speaking to me.
