Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Phoenix

There are days when its mom's meatloaf for dinner and then sometimes you get to treat yourself and pay an outrageous price for extra extra hormones, grease and preservatives. At least the parts always look right. This time she gave us 3 little pieces of chicken 2 legs and a thigh. too wimpy and small. but not disturbing. I don't want to see ever again what I saw on my LAST TRIP TO KFC. WE ORDERED hot Wings These wings were huge,. Just fat and kinda deformed there are 2 pieces on a wing the boney end of it's wing and the part with a little meat Who ever saw a chicken with chunky arms and guns like the hulk. I was a bit confused traumatized,. But this is about Church's. I love to eat the skin off.good n Crunchy,. and the staff was super nice. Went to Churches last night at approximately 8:30p(9/19/21). Upon arrival at the drive thru I was advised "there would be a 15-20min wait for chicken", which I advised was ok. Once I placed my order a 3 piece leg & thigh combo, I was then asked "if I was ordering more then 3 pieces of chicken?" When I advised I was not, I was then advised "their chicken came in a bag of 16 pieces & if I was not ordering more then the 3 piece combo requested, the chicken could not be dropped. " The last time that I checked Churches is in the business of selling chicken, right?? So not understanding why I was refused service. There is not any signage that states there is a quantity limit required before they can make chicken nor was it closing time.This poor customer service has really left a bad taste in my mouth about Churches Chicken. I will definitely tell my friends & family about...

I can't believe that I went to a location of Church's Chicken that was far away from me just because of my wrong interpretation of the address, however, the food I got was inexpensive, well prepared and delicious even though I had to return and eat it at home because the few available seats there were already taken! Church's Chicken is a chain of fast-food offering original chicken, spicy chicken, boneless spicy and crunchy wings, tender strips spicy and original, chicken fried steak, original chicken sandwich, crispy fish, hand breaded fish, popcorn shrimp, sides, and apple pie. Church's Chicken started back in 1950's and by 2000's its global sales exceeded one billion. In the countries outside the U.S. it is known as Texas Chicken and it includes local specialties.
